Second Smallwoods purchase and I couldn't be happier with how my pictures turned out! The quality is absolutely beautiful — the colors are vibrant, the details are crisp, and they look even better in person than I expected. You can really tell care was taken in the printing and packaging because everything arrived in perfect condition.
My daughter gave us 3 Smallwoods pictures of our grandchildren for Christmas. I loved them so much I had 2 more pictures of the grandchildren made. They are beautiful.

I would think for the cost of the product and shipping they quality would be better. The frames are a little wonky and not well put together. And the photos are very pixilated. Don't think I would order again based on the quality of these three prints.
I ordered the wrong type of frame and when I inquired about what I could do, they offered me a full refund towards the purchase of the correct frame! I thought they would help me order the correct frame but not refund my entire purchase cost. I would highly recommend Smallwoods to everyone, beautiful products!
Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from Claudia and Nicole. Money is worth more to this company than the customer is always right. I am a long-time customer with over a dozen pieces in my home from this company, and had one order that did not print as I uploaded and printed with higher contrast, creating some lost detail of the artwork. Both of these people basically told me it was my fault that I didn't use their editing tools while uploading, which in fact I did. And blamed the backlight of my computer? Who does that? I asked if I could brighten up the photos because of their added contrast and reprint again and they blamed me. For someone who has already spent over $1000 with this company, my $129 order was worth keeping over me buying from them again. How disappointing and disgusting. What happened to good customer service anymore? Save your money and order from somewhere else. I am so upset.
I ordered 2 replacement canvases and one framed canvas to give as a Christmas gift. 2 turned out wonderful and one the picture was blurry. I contacted customer service as there was no indication on the website that it would be blurry and they were kind enough to work with me to get a product that wasn't blurry.
The design and order process was straightforward and easy. The turnaround time was quick; I received my order in less than a week. The 24x36 framed prints I ordered are light enough to hang with command strips (on a painted cement wall), but definitely don't look light or cheap. The best part was I happened to hit a sale and had a coupon code, so it was also very budget friendly ($130 for both!). I would for sure recommend Smallwoods.

It was really easy to order. Once I received it, it was exactly what I expected it to be. This was our first time getting real family photos done so to have them as these amazing prints that we will have for a long long time is just the best gift ever. Great quality and turnaround was fast.

Happy with my purchase. I feel like it is good quality for the price. The website times out a few times while uploading my photos.
My order came in two shipments. The second shipment was not well packed and one of the three items was damaged. The print was knocked out of the frame on one side and was slightly damaged on the edge. I was able to get the print back in the frame and the damage wasn't visible. The packaging was poor. Also there was a gash on the edge of the box which was caused by FedEx. Attention to details could definitely improve.

I ordered for the first time and I'm very pleased with the three I ordered! I chose this company because two other family members of mine had them and I got to see first hand what great quality canvas' they were before ordering. Two of mine were from an actual picture that I took a picture of (before cell phones) and even though turned out great in a 20x30!
I was frustrated by the cropping tool on the website. I was not able to get my 3 pictures cropped to the same size. It would be nice to have an option for someone to review my prints before they're produced. The final project (besides the different size) was gorgeous and great quality!

I have been buying from Smallwoods since I got engaged in 2020. As my little family grows, I am updating the pictures in the house and I always come back to smallwoods to get them. The quality of the products is top notch! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
