I used Smallwoods for the first time last year. And I will continue to use them for years to come! Ordering my items was super easy and I have my pictures within right about a week at my door!
When I received my framed picture, it was disassembled and the corner of the wooden frame was not assembled properly. I had to fix the frame and insert the print.
Super easy and fun picking frame size then adjusting photo to make it pop. Quality look for the home using your own photos. I especially love the way my kids wedding photos turned out and our travel photos. Makes the art in our home very meaningful and brings back wonderful memories.
Smallwoods has been a go-to for canvas prints. These recent ones turned out BEAUTIFUL beyond words. I am so thrilled with the pieces and cannot wait to hang them up.
This is the 2nd time ive ordered prints and the colors are truly amazing. However, this time around one of the frames at the top has a very slight ripple/bent to it. Im hoping once i hang it up though, it wont be noticable. Even that slight inperfection of the frame this time, i am extremely happy with this company and will continue to order from them.
It's exactly what I was hoping for. Great quality & size. I did have to use customer service due to a small (fixable) glitch with the frame. They were fast & very professional in their response & resolution. I WILL absolutely purchase from this company again in the future & I look forward to doing so. 10/10
The frames are sturdy, the photo quality is beautiful, and they arrived just a few days after ordering them. My only complaint would be that there didn't seem to be size options, like it was one size only for the frame I chose. Unless I misunderstood the website. But they're perfect and I love them!
Images appeared darker than expected. Needed to order another print due to one image being darker than other images and they would not offer the discount I paid previously on other prints. Poor customer service
These acrylic frames were exactly what I was hoping for. They are stylish, high quality, and a beautiful way to showcase my family pictures. I really love the idea that it is simple to swap out Pictures, so I can update them whenever I want without any hassle. What truly sets Smallwood apart is their Loyalty Team. The Loyalty Team is amazing to work with, I had a few questions before playing my order, and their Loyalty Team was friendly, responsive and genuinely helpful. If you want a high quality acrylic frames and a company that values its customers, Smallwood is a wonderful choice.
Frustrating experience dealing with this company over a simple framed print. There seems to be no quality control whatsoever. The first print I received was very low and blurry photo quality and it had a white border that was very visibly thicker on one side than the other. How any human looked at that and approved it to ship out is beyond me. The company remade the print and we ended up using a closer-up photo that they said would be of an improved quality. I received the print and it was still grainy, almost pixelated, with very muted and not vivid colors. I sent a photo of the product and asked them to compare it to the original- also requested a refund or partial refund. The company stated the print "met their quality standards" and refused to offer a refund. This process took over a month and meanwhile the person's birthday it was intended for has come and gone. I would be embarrassed to give her the low quality print they made. Avoid at all costs
Beautiful craftsmanship, love their products, great quality. I wish the ordering process was a little more user friendly. I wish there was a way to save a project you're working on, & go back to it later. And I wish I could've zoomed in for a closer look at my personalized product on my screen, it seemed to be a rather small image. But I am super pleased with my finished products!
We have been wanting Smallwood frames for a while and finally went for it! We ordered three of the 44x22 frames. So happy with it, but noticed very minor scratches on the side of one of them. I probably could have colored them in but decided to reach out to customer service. They responded right away and put in a full replacement order, which was shipped a few days later - no issues with the replacement! So happy with what we got and chef's kiss to customer service!
We were very pleased with how the pictures turned out. The frames however look like they were poorly assembled. They have gaps between the seams and don't line up well.
I was excited to use Smallwoods, many of my family members have and their photos are beautiful, I however have not had the same experience. In early December I purchased 4 24x36 frames with prints in them. Upon delivery, I noticed 3 out of 4 of the photos were misprinted and all of our feet were cut off and the photos weren't centered correctly. Frustrating but fixable. I reached out to customer service and they sent 3 free prints to replace the messed up ones. I just received my "corrected" order and 1 out of 3 of the photos is STILL misprinted. Very frustrating for the price point. I will not be using Smallwoods again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I submitted a few prints and the customer service team reached out because they noticed they wouldn't print a certain way. They worked with me for multiple days to get the pictures that I envisioned. I received my pictures yesterday and they are absolutely perfect.
Outstanding customer service! When I made a mistake, I contacted support, and they responded quickly, making sure my order was completed without any delays. We've been loyal to Smallwoods for quite a while and intend to continue our business with them. I truly value their friendly, family-like approach.
No problem with ordering or delivery. The picture was not as clear as I would like but it was taken on a cell phone and enlarged.
The order was completed and shipped very quickly and when my canvas prints came in, my jaw dropped at how gorgeous they are. The quality is amazing and are now proudly displayed in our living room!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
