I had been looking for a way to convert our family picture into a portrait. I could not be more pleased with the clarity and quality of the canvas photo that we received from Smallwoods! And the fact that is is already framed is both a bonus and money saver. I would definitely recommend this company for both the quality of the product and the competitive pricing.
This was my third time ordering. The prints come out amazing every time! I've ordered various sizes and am never disappointed. Not to mention, you'll have your order in a week or less!
It was easy to download my pictures and the direction made it easy too. Turned out just like I wanted it to. High quality frame and canvas.

I will start off by saying that the picture quality is amazing. However, the dark framing is awful. There are noticeable gaps in the frame, and the response from Smallwoods customer service is to allow for expansion and contraction. However, when you order a dark colored frame, you would expect not to see the noticeably lighter wood in the corners of the frame. One of the frame's the corner doesn't even lineup so you can really tell.
Super cute if you're standing back. If you look closely, the image looks like it's crinkled under the "glass" frame. Not worth how much I spent after seeing that, makes it look cheap.
The picture that I ordered that has all 6 family members in it that I ordered with a frame almost cut my grandson out of the pic and he looks like a bobble head. Spent a lot of money on that pic and wish it wouldn't have turned out like that
I ordered refills for my 44x22 frames that I already had. Sadly, the pictures were too big for the frames. We had to use a knife to cut them down to make them fit. For the price, they should fit and not make me have to cut them up to work.

I wish the framed canvas came with hardware to hang them, that would be great in the future. Overall fast service and okay quality.
I had a problem with one of my orders and they went above and beyond to make sure that my order was fixed. This is not my first time ordering from them and it definitely won't be my last. I always get such great compliments on how my prints look and my frames

I have ordered multiple prints/frames! Always happy with my orders! Have only had one issue with an order and customer services were great!
The photo I uploaded was a clear high res professional photo and somewhere in the process, the image became slightly blurry- as shown in my final product when I opened it. I'm keeping the product because I purchased TWO other items that I'm hoping come out better. It I'm disappointed that there was no checks and balances tha alerted me that the resolution wasn't coming out clear!

I am so happy with my large framed wall picture. I'm so glad I ordered this. It was a gift for my daughter-in-law to be to hang in their new home. It came out better than I imagined. I will be ordering again! Ordering was so easy. 5 Stars all around!
I have been waiting years for family pictures of my grandkids to get these made for my walls! I am extremely happy with the way they turned out. Brought tears to my eyes when I opened them up! I am so excited to get these up on walls
The process was simple and smooth, pricing was great, shipping incredibly fast but the photos appear about more blue and white than black
Two out of the 3 came out perfect, the one with my family in it was cropped more, wish someone had notified me on how it would print out.
I have used Smallwood's several times and this time did not disappoint!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
