I contacted Covers and All to get a custom thermal cover made for my 2-person sauna. In the winter, the sauna takes a long time to heat up which in turn ramps up my electricity bill. After contacting Covers, they pointed me in the direction of the right product that would meet my requirements, then assisted me in getting it created in a custom size and with custom cut-outs to account for the exterior power switch, door, and power cable. Everyone was incredibly helpful and professional when i called. Once the product arrived, it was a perfect fit and i noticed an immediate difference in heating times (the thermal cover cut heating time down from 2H20Min to 1H20Min. Thats a big difference.
The thermal cover unfortunately only comes in blue (no black option) so i have officially dubbed my Sauna "The Igloo"
The ordering process was easy and straightforward. The piping and zip were not extra which was nice.

My order was only a small one, a single cushion cover. I made a mistake when submitting the measurements online, mixing up my inches and centimetres! Luckily I realised straight away and rang customer services. A most helpful lady took the correct details from me, and guided me through the procedure to make the extra payment which was due. When the cushion cover arrived it was a perfect fit. It did take rather a long time, about two weeks, and I was surprised to see that my parcel came from India!

I have reward points from previous purchases. The checkout process usually applies the points automatically in the cart. The last order I had over 100 points to use and none of the points were applied to my order. Contacted customer support and received a reply "Nothing we can do to fix the order". Unacceptable solution!

I bought this to cover the open side of my carport. It was a custom size and it was what I ordered. Bought it on Jan 28th and it arrived on Feb 5th, so very happy with the speed of delivery.
I installed it today, Feb 11. Easy to hook up the top rail with the grommets and hooks. I got the pocket on the bottom and have rebar in it to hold curtain down, then I used Zip ties on either end to hold the bar to the posts. In the middle I used two clamps on either side of the post and zip tied them together.

Do not order from this company unless you have the luxury of being home all day. Ordering on the website is easy. The quality of the cover is excellent, but the delivery experience was time consuming, stressful, and required a 10 mile round trip drive to the next city to retrieve the parcel. I missed three delivery attempts on weekdays when I was at work. I logged onto the website numerous times trying to track and arrange delivery to no avail. Finally, a person from FedEx in Richmond called, and a somewhat local delivery location was arranged. But, I had to pick it up within one week, or it would be shipped back to the sender. Florida? India? What if I had been traveling and unable to do this within a week? Fortunately, I was not away, so I could pick this up before it was gone forever.

FedEx can complete delivery without a signature if someone is available at the location to receive the package. In some cases, if no one is present but they find a safe place, they may leave the shipment there and capture a photo as proof of delivery. However, at the time of the delivery attempts for your order, no one was available to receive it, and the driver did not find a secure location to safely leave the package.
They therefore attempted redelivery multiple times. As the delivery could not be completed after several attempts, FedEx moved the shipment to their warehouse, as per their standard procedure. We genuinely appreciate your patience and feedback, and we understand the inconvenience caused due to the courier process.

I included the discount code, but I did not receive the 20% discount for a first-time purchaser. The two shade cloth sails were cut and stitched very well. However, they were both longer in length and width by 10cm (4 inches) to what I ordered. Luckily, I am able to modify my pergola to compensate.
