Great service from start to finish. The measurement instructions were easy to understand. The design team communicates several times to ensure the measurements are accurate & make sense. They require approval including eventual final approval. The deck furniture cover products I have received from them (6) have all fit great.

I could't have given you better pictures to make a custom cover for me; all the dimensions were there. You could've made it just by looking at the pictures. How in the world did someone screw this up so badly? I will never ask for another custom cover ever again. I will stick to the basics with this company. You have people in Dubai making these covers who have no clue what a bbq pit is. I mean, they created a pocket that has no hole and serves no purpose.
The endless emails to get this corrected are infuriating. I also paid for insurance, and still had to go through weeks of hassle to get a new one. Oh, if you don't respond within an hour, they close your ticket. Don't worry, though, because you'll have to explain it all over again to another 10 people each time they close the ticket. Why? Because they are emailing you from Dubai while we are asleep, they are up and working. It feels like you're hoping customers will get tired of fighting for a resolution and give up. I refuse to be one of those customers! This is absolutely unacceptable!. Not to mention the insurance I paid for, and still had to go through weeks of trouble to get a new one. You hope people get tired of emailing and give up.

The fabric was described as "soft" and suitable for indoor window seat. It is hard canvas-like and more like a car seat cover. Company would not accept return or offer any refund solutions. Stay away

Since this was a custom cover there was some back and forth to make sure the sizing was correct. The extra time spent regarding the size was worth it the cover fits exactly as described.

I had ordered my custom Big Green Egg cover 2 years ago. I recently noticed water getting in under the cover. I contacted Covers & All and they said there was a 5 year warranty. After some troubleshooting, they informed me that they were re-making my cover and would ship it out soon. When it arrived, it seems like upgraded material and it fit even better than the original. I couldn't ask for better service and it is refreshing when a company stands behind their product like this.

We had a large irregular shaped 5 sided shade sail custom made and it suffered a couple of areas at the attachment points where it started to pull apart. It's location on our room can get very windy. Not only did Covers & All offer to immediately replace it, they worked with us to resize it to allow for better tensioning. All of this was done without any charge, including shipping. Great team!

I just received my custom cover for the ROLAND BA-330 PA. You did a wonderful job, the fit is great—just what I was looking for.
I appreciate your attention to details, including the mesh cover and velcro back, which will allow me to use the unit without removing the cover. The handle opening and velcro flap cover are perfect.
The extra bagginess actually works out well: it allows me to attach a bag for accessories (power cord, battery compartment and extra batteries) to the handle, and still have it covered.
I am attaching photos in case you want to advertise this cover on your website. The ROLAND BA-330 is a fantastic piece of equipment but not as popular as other brands—although I think it's better than most competitors. Therefore, I'm not sure if it would be a big seller for you but you never know.
