I've had 6 custom covers made over the past few years (coffee tables, fire pit, cushion boxes, dog beds) and love the products and customer experience. The design team is quick and responsive and detail oriented. The products arrive quickly, well packed and they use vacuum packing to reduce bulk. The products I've ordered have stood up very well to the intense heat, wind and dust of the desert environment I live in. Recommend them. They are my go to for covers

I couldn't find a refund/return option on the website. When I called the man couldn't help with a return. The chat service said we needed to email them. I couldn't find an email address to reply to. The site kept filling my shopping cart by its self! Worst experience with an attempt at return/refund ever!

Love the website. It's amazingly user friendly. If they are not absolutely sure of something, they contact you to clarify. My previous set only lasted 4 seasons, but I just went with the standard material, and the deck gets sun from 10am-5pm daily. This time I purchased the best material and realized the difference.

Got 50 emails from 49 different people after I sent in detailed drawings and every response was incorrect. I had to call 3 times and had a hard time understanding the person and they knew nothing about my order. Way to complicated for what I wanted. Needed 1 person to handle my project from the beginning.

The process for creating my custom (logo's) cover was great. I wanted to add a Logo to our fire pit cover to customize it for our home. I uploaded a logo and received a mock-up of the cover for my review. Thank goodness since the logo I uploaded initially was much too small. This gave me a chance to revise the logo and make sure it was the right size and color. The measurement instructions were super specific and helpful to getting our cover "just right" It is a tad bit tight but works great and looks great. I really appreciate the back and forth with the designer to make sure it was what we hoped for. I ordered the heaviest weight cover and I feel like it will wear well and last.
