Fantastic construction but this item doesn't fit and not because of Cover & All. My Saunas dimensions were provided by Amazon where I purchased it from. The dimensions provided might be right but did not account for the overhand. So, when I received the cover it would not fit my Sauna. I'm assuming some responsibility for this because I could have slowed down and thought about that. Also, maybe they could have suggested that. Either way, I'm assuming all the responsibility for this oversight. Thanks!

Coversandall required that I send a video showing that the covers were too small and not to my specifications in my order. I made two videos and sent them. The customer service representative will not remake the covers. He offered me a 20 percent discount off the main price to order new covers. If I could, I would go to another company, but the pillow covers need to match the cushion covers. This is very poor customer service. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase.

Better quality and fabric than my original TV cover, fits like a glove. However, because of this it takes more time and is a little cumbersome to take on and off. My original TV cover went on like a shower cap, with elastic around the edge to hold it in place. The Covers & All cover has zippers and Velcro which gives it a tighter, more custom fit, but does require more effort to take on and off

For measurement, I think "Depth" might be a better descriptor than "Length". I should have called for clarification, so it's my fault. Zippers are on the sides, and wrap around, a few inches in the front. Still looks much better than the old ones. I would shop your store again. The material is nice, and despite the zipper issue, the covers fit perfectly.

Called indicating that the grill cover ordered is too large, and I would need to return the cover and order a smaller cover. I did get a response indicating that my request was under review. I have not heard anything further!

I sent all the measurements and 2 weeks later I received my cover. Works perfect cushions can stay on the sectional and to cover protects it.
