I ordered 2 custom size covers. I had a 25% off coupon that was detailed on the cart. But when I reviewed the email detailing my order it didn't show the discount. I contacted customer service and they refused to do anything until I requested a supervisor - then he gave me a partial discount. I still requested a supervisor to call me and I have yet to hear from them. The rep asked if I wanted to cancel my order and when I asked if I would get a full refund, he said they couldn't cancel it. Not sure why he even asked then.
So far the product seems to work well. Haven't had it long enough to know about how it holds up.

My new custom grill cover fit exactly right. Perfect. I, however, thought it was going to come in a canvas fabric and it is more of a rubberized fabric. I likely didn't catch that in the write up. It will probably weather well with this fabric.
