Terrible experience. I ordered as directed from the website and heard nothing for several weeks, but apparently they sent an email that asked me to send graphics of the design I'd already sent them graphics of. When I called, I got the offshore customer service and language/communication was difficult. There are several emails they send that require a response and once I finally did that, the product was sent, but upon arrival, it did not fit correctly as the material does not stretch at all, so I could not get the tire cover to fit properly. I called back and now am in the same send an email drama with the offshore customer service to get the cover replaced adding extra length to fit.

I have ordered around 6 covers from this company before. I was extremely satisfied. The last cover though came very big. I will use it. And I will order from this company again. The quality is very good. The experience is very good. But in all honesty this last cover I recieved was too big.

Overall I felt happy to receive them since they are a custom size which I couldn't find anywhere and fit really well but I would say the fabric is plastic-like coating on inside and they crunch when you sit on them. Also they hold and trap water on the inside of cushion so that now my foam inserts need replacing and are molded.
