Too hard to order - when I couldn't complete my order on the website I called to the company. It took 1 1/2 hours for the agent to complete over the phone. If there were other options I would have taken them but you are the only company who delivers a good product.

There was lots of communication to ensure the cover was made in the correct size. And it was delivered so quickly - maybe a week or so after we'd confirmed everything. All in all we're extremely pleased with both the service and product.

Over the last couple years we have bought covers for our outdoor sectional, fire pit and fire table. All have been excellent quality and great durability.
No this is redundant and a little too much back slapping.
First cover was damaged in transit. It was immediately replaced at no additional costs.
Size was also adjusted to ensure a better fit.
