My first experience with Cuvers and all will be my last unless I get resolution soon. The cover I received was ridiculous and not at all what I ordered. I use a lot of covers in my customer. Patiently waited for this one only to find it completely wrong.

The issue we had with the product was not addressed. We gave specific measurements for our fire pit table. They increased the diameter by two inches and neglected to reduce the height measurement by two inches. Thus the cover does not hang properly, looking very poorly for a custom made product.

I had to go through 5 revisions, even after taking photos and drawing them a diagram of what the cover should precisely look like. Their team from India seems to be uncoordinated, with someone different trying to pick up where the conversation/design left off every time. The cover itself seems quite cheep and not of high quality with some threads fraying right out of the bag. Luckily the do have a 9 year warranty which I'm hoping they will honour once I claim it. I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience to be honest.

We ordered our boat cover without providing a picture. Within days we received a follow up email requesting pictures of our boat to ensure an exact fit. Shortly afterwards, we received another email which showed exact digital dimensions of our boat from the pictures we previously sent. Very impressive! Our approval was required before the manufacturing of our boat cover began. We were informed of every step in the process and we received our product on the exact day it was said to be delivered.
