I purchased custom covers for my outdoor furniture that was advertised as "weatherproof." The material in the covers melted all over my furniture and ruined $3K of furniture. The experience I had with customer service to get reimbursed for the covers was even worse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS

The measurement tool on the website was excellent. Made it very easy. Wasn't sure at first but the fit is perfect. Quality of the product seems to be top notch. Had previously purchased vinyl curtain product go around a hot tub enclosure and that was an excellent product so went back to them when ordering patio furniture coverings

You trick people with advertising deals them over charge them and will not take a return of bought item even when the request was sent before order was finalized

The beginning of the process was pretty easy but what was great is that the team took one look at the photos and started requesting a lot more details in the measurements which allowed the final result to be perfect. Will definitely be using Covers&All for future custom covers.

After our last set of generic fit patio furniture covers faded and succumbed to the UV rays, we decided to go custom and we are really glad we did! The designer was very diligent going back and forth with us to get the exact measurements and to clarify any questions on their end until we were all satisfied. We chose the 10-year Cover Rite Material and it's very nice. It's certainly waterproof, is lightweight and flexible and looks great. There was nice detailing on the corner straps and vents on the back. I was initially concerned about spending this kind of money with an online retailer, but Covers & All has exceeded my expectations and we're delighted.

Well it said I qualified for a 25% discount by using the code COVER and there was no where to enter it and I was unclear as to whether it was reflected in the advertised price that showed it on sale. And its a little soon to as about a referral so I will reserve and just say 6 below

July 8 - submit support ticket - product has not arrived!
July 8 - contact supplier by phone. Advised order has not been produced - production error. Try to cancel and get refund. DENIED! Receive assurances order will be placed again for expected delivery on July 18
July 17 - Receive notification that order has shipped. July 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - NO delivery
July 23 - product arrives

I contacted customer service and was able to customize my product by changing the zipper placement and adding chair ties. The process was seamless, and a revised drawing was promptly sent for my approval.
