I have sent multiple photos and videos since the install and am waiting to hear back from someone about the fact that the screen was made smaller than requested and promised. I am hoping that they will replace it with a new screen that is the proper size. I also provided the exact dimensions with an accompanying precise drawing in advance, but that did not seem to make a difference. Had the screen been manufactured in accordance with the proper dimensions, everything would have been fine.

Covers & All deserves 0 Star in reality. Their website shows beige color (No indication on color variation due to material choice) They state 2" leeway. NO.
I ordered covers in beige with a different materials. I received two different colors and 2 covers were too tight. They will keep arguing asking you to provide with a photos and videos. We provided photos and detailed explanations. (Refused video for privacy reasons.) They keep telling you they want to resolve your issue with multiple requests ignoring all your detailed explanations and photos. There customer service seem to be trained to drain your patience. They are not serious.
The final design and dimensions are sent in USA and product is made in India. (As per their product label) This company have no control on the final product you receive and will not assume any errors. You are on your own. Never again.

I wanted a cover that would fit my pouffe style ottoman to allow it to be used outside. The Belenos cushion fabric is much lighter than expected and won't withstand being left outside on the balcony so will have to be brought in between uses which is disappointing. Previous cushions covers I have ordered are made with much heavier fabric that seems more water resistant. This is the only reason I've rated it 4 stars instead of 5 as it fits the pouffe perfectly. This was an online custom order and a staff member was in touch to confirm that what they were making was indeed what I wanted — I appreciated that personal follow-up.

I used other brand before and only lasted a few yrs. Hopefully this one will last longer

Not at all impressed with the service I received however, the product is very good quality. Price is fair for the goods as well. They should set up manufacturing in Canada, where things are produced by workers who know what they're doing and where Customer Service is part of doing business.

Quick, easy and they fit the outdoor furniture perfectly.

It took multiple attempts to get a BBQ cover designed the way I wanted. Very difficult to convey my design wants and extremely time consuming process of long 2 and 3 day back and fourth's to communicate and receive feedback from the designers. Even when I provided clear and concise drawings. After receiving my cover, it was made to the way I wanted and the fit is great. However, I chose there best cover materials, but it seems very thin and I am questioning if this cover will last 10 years as the web sites states. I am not sure. It is way to soon to determine this as I have only had the cover 6 days. In short, they are very frustrating to deal with

Covers & All website is well designed so it is easy to choose the desired product, to provide the right dimensions and to specify required specific details. The fabrication timeline was then communicated and respected, the same for the shipping process. The end products were very well made.

The custom design and dimensions were perfect! Excellent quality with nice bag for storing when not in use. Highly recommend!

They were very patient with the many changes I made to the order.

It was a very confusing company to deal with. They kept sending emails saying I have not responded to them and they are putting my order on hold. I responded to all email messages within a day. Also there were a lot of emails back and forth. It took a lot longer then first mentioned to get my order because of this I guess. So dealing with that was really frustrating. I mentioned this to customer service multiple times and they kept apologizing but then my order would be on hold again the next day for not responding... This went on and on. I will not be doing any business with them again because of this. Other than that the cover itself was fine.

Excellent materials, very robust and easy to clean when required. Make sure you give the exact measures when ordering for a perfect fit.

We were looking for a lightweight waterproof cover for our outdoor table. This cover fits the bill perfectly. The elastic corners make it fit like a fitted sheet.

Website was easy to navigate. Lots of choices and information to help get the right product. Delivery was quick. Communication was great.
