I've ordered 3 times now and am pleased with the product. The process of getting the product to me - ordering, manufacturing, and shipping - are frustrating, inconsistent from order to order, and should be improved. On my 2nd order they needed me to review and approve a design made from my measurements, but they forgot to include the design on their review request - it took a few days to get that sorted out. Then the shipping involved many more stops around the globe vs. the previous shipment and took longer than it should to reach me. My 3rd order (re-ordering the exact same item as the 2nd order - I needed another one)... although it is impossible to place the order without paying for it, I got an email from them saying that I needed to pay before they could proceed. It took a few days to get that sorted out. Once it was sorted out, my order status bounced around for days between several different statuses, none of which told me that they were actually making or about to make the item. Took a few chats with customer service - and a few days - to get that sorted out, and the information provided by them to me about this was either just 100% incorrect or was a lie to get me to go away. Finally, after the item was made and shipped, it took yet another comlpetely different route around the globe vs. the previous identical item. It was also sent 'no signature required' whereas the previous identical item was sent 'signature required'. In summary, their products are of good quality and a good price, but the experience from ordering to shipping requires a large dose of patience on the purchaser's part. ***EDIT*** notice the company's response to me below - how delighted they are that I was pleased with their website and service - when in fact those topics were my chief complaint. This auto-response that totally ignored my actual comment prettymuch says it all when it comes to what you'll experience in dealing with them.
I am very pleased with the quality of my custom cushion covers. The designers took the time to get the dimensions just right. The covers fit like a glove. They brought new life to an outdoor patio set.

I had a custom cover made for an Express whole house water filtration unit that I had to place outside. After a couple of iterations with the design crew the cover that was finally fabricated fit perfectly.

I gave my exact measurements. The website said it would automatically add 1-2 inches to make it easy to put on and take off. When I received the order they did not add the extra inches. As a result the cover does not fit. They asked me to send photos and a video. I did that but still waiting for a reply. Be careful when you order. It will be better if you add extra inches to your measurements because they do not add them as listed on their website.

It took a bit of time to get it right, but it is worth it. They took the time to make sure our measurements were correct and if they didn't agree with them, they come back to confirm. Mock ups before going into production are perfect and easy to adjust. Would definitely use them again.

I've ordered several times from Covers&All. They are thorough and deliver an outstanding product. I typically order the Cover Rite material in Charcoal Gray. I like that they get back to me to confirm size.
Custome made cover is great for serving table that is outside. Good price based on shopppng other sites and quicker delivery.

You should research brands and size of sofa and develop abase of manufacturer specs so you would more accurately be able to make custom cover as opposed to my measuring. I was replacing the outdoor furniture cover every year or so because of the Florida sun. I started with a table cover. I splurged on the Tuff fabric type, and it still looks the same as the day I bought it, no fading. It's easy to clean with just water and a soft brush. I've since ordered covers for the rest of the patio furniture. I'm super satisfied. In work, there's an outdoor kitchen cover, and the design team has reached out to me several times to make sure the dimensions are correct. This level of attention to detail is important to me and I greatly appreciate it.

This is the MOST dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They mislead you about their discounts (they tell you 30% off while you are shopping and then cap the discount at $60 at checkout on a $1,000 order). Then they tell you that production takes 24-48 hours but my order has been in production for over a week. They promised a delivery date that will now be missed by at least a week. I called customer service (in India) everyday and was told each time that the order was shipping out that day. Nothing shipped. My emails have not been answered. I asked a customer service agent if they could upgrade my shipping when the order is finally ready because the estimated arrival date on her computer is a week later than what originally they told me. She ignored me and did nothing. My next move is to fight it out through PayPal. I wish I never placed the order.

I have an large outdoor chair that isn't a standard size. The old cover was faded and mildewed, and I couldn't find one that fit anywhere in my local stores.
