Customer service follow up on product issues was poor. Initial denial of any issues and then a request of multiple items to process this quite simply did not compare with previous order. This was a replacement, no specifications changed…but the second product didn't meet those specifications. Would not recommend.

Their website tells you to oversize your measurements by 1 in and after doing that the cover was way too big. And so in order to make the product fit I had to trim the bottom edge of it so that it wouldn't sloppily drape over my item... Unfortunately in doing so I lost the hemmed edge that had the internal white sticker. And essentially customer service told me that without that there's nothing they are willing to do for me. Their suggestion is to order again from their website... The thought that I would waste any more money with there is laughable and the gall that they had they even suggested speaks volumes. So I do not recommend anyone buying from them... And if you still decide to make an order, order to the exact specifications of what you're trying to cover... Otherwise you'll end up with the equivalent of two oversized garbage bags

I submitted all my measurements and the company contacted me to make sure everything was perfectly understood. Once confirmed, my items were made and shipped out. I couldn't be happier. I've tried buying new cushions and/or cushion covers for my Charlottetown 23.5 in. X 26.5 in. 2-Piece Outdoor Chair (Home Depot by Martha Stewart). No longer being sold, so I went to a local store and was quoted $125 per cushion for a total of $500 for both chairs. Covers & All made them for me for $89, which included the shipping! I love these chairs and since they're no longer made, I am so happy for my chairs to have a new life.
