The sizing tool does not work properly. There is a poor execution of the tool to fit the image to the canvas size and the preview feature is useless. Required 2 telephone calls to the support number but it was still a cumbersome and time consuming process. Please fix this.
I ordered 4 large framed canvas photos. One arrived with some defects. Smallwood immediately sent me a replacement. So easy to work with and the products are beautiful statements in my home. I will definitely buy more in the future!
I finally ordered 4 frames for over my couch/living room area and so glad I did they are gorgeous and love everything about them they are very huge worth the money so worth it
I had pictures taken on our trip to Yellowstone and wanted them on canvas. Having used Smallwood before I knew this is how I wanted them displayed. You can submit pictures and they will guide you to which will be clearest. My final 4 portraits are amazing! They came quickly and I can't wait to hang them tomorrow. Thank you again for my 3rd completed project!
I chose Smallwoods because they're a Texas company. I expected a quality product, and when that didn't happen, I expected the company to stand behind it.
One of the canvas prints cuts off the top of my head, and the other cuts off part of my fiancée's shoulder and hair. That was obvious the second we unboxed them. No nitpicking, no close inspection — just plainly obvious.
The original photo didn't have these issues, and another company produced the same size print from the same image without cutting off anyone's head or shoulders. Even a basic print from CVS handled the same photo better. That tells you this wasn't unavoidable — it was a production decision.
When I contacted Smallwoods, they refused a refund or replacement and offered only a return for 50% store credit if I paid return shipping. In other words, pay again to fix their mistake.
For a Texas company, this was especially disappointing. In Texas, we expect a company to either do the job right or fix it when they don't. Smallwoods did neither.
I won't spend another penny with them, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who cares about quality or accountability.
Two of my prints were damaged. I reported the claim with pictures and someone was able to resolve the problem and send new prints within a couple hours.
Ordered my prints got them quickly open the box and they were beautiful art pieces to hang in my wall to admire 10 out of 10 happy
We are loving our new home decor. The very large frames came looking beautiful. We ordered 5 of the 44x22 frames. They were easy to hang. We were surprised how light they are and still look very quality for how big they are. Super happy with our purchase and will get more in the future!

I love all my Smallwood frames. I would've gave 5 stars but my frame was the wrong color. I didn't want to deal with sending it back.
I have ordered from Smallwoods many times. This was my first time having to use customer service. My item was delivered damaged and they were quick to help me resolve the problem. They instantly sent me a new product. I love getting my products from here and would recommend anyone looking to add unique images to their home.

I ordered an incorrect product and didn't realize it until it arrived and did not match what I was gifted. Great customer service working with me to fix the error. I would suggest that instead of listing the framed prints under just frames that you change it to "framed prints" or "frames and framed pictures" if you sell frames separately.

Second Smallwoods purchase and I couldn't be happier with how my pictures turned out! The quality is absolutely beautiful — the colors are vibrant, the details are crisp, and they look even better in person than I expected. You can really tell care was taken in the printing and packaging because everything arrived in perfect condition.
My daughter gave us 3 Smallwoods pictures of our grandchildren for Christmas. I loved them so much I had 2 more pictures of the grandchildren made. They are beautiful.
Have ordered before and had great product! My last order, every frame had exposed wood, the corners weren't together. Very sad about the quality for the cost.
