I did not get my correct order and have still not heard back from the people who did my support ticket.

I have not got a response back from them about fixing my order. I ordered 6 gloss print and glass photos and got only two of those and the rest printed wrong on canvas. I did a support ticket and everything they’ve asked and have not heard a thing back.
