This was my first time ordering from small woods. I ordered 4. Three out of the four was perfect. One had some creases. I contacted them and they sent another one in less 2 weeks and was perfect. I will be ordering more..

Never received my item! Was delivered to someone else's residence and not mine. Picture that was taken by FedEx is not my residence nor do I knows who it is!

I've made multiple orders and they have always been great! My most recent order had a print that wasn't very clear so they reached out to me about it and I was able to select another before it was sent to print. That is great customer service and just further proves why I keep coming back!
I love my Smallwoods frames. Was ordering refills. It was my fault for somehow ordering one photo in the wrong size. I noticed within minutes of ordering. Reached out to customer service and never heard back at all. Unfortunately a waste of a print as I don't have the correct size frame. Was just trying to reach out and change print size before they got it printed and shipped.
Beautiful pictures, the qulaity is very nice, although when printed, it turned out much darker than what was shown on the computer. Also the website has a lot of glitches, sometimes I was unable to select images, had trouble with images not loading and uploaded images not showing up. Having an option to go straight to the gallery on the main page would also be really helpful.
Website is very easy to use! Was able to upload my photo no problem. I got the biggest size (44" x 22") & was worried about picture quality since I was blowing it up so large, but it still looks fantastic!
The first time I ordered I did not see there was an extra option for the plexiglass. So I had to reorder my picture. However, customer service was excellent. Just make sure to look at ALL options.
I had two blurry photos and they reached out to correct the photos before printing. They worked with me to improve my prints, thank you.

It's so easy to go online and order my pictures to printed and framed. They arrive quickly and in amazing quality. This is my second time ordering prints and have been recommending Smallwood to everyone since my first purchase!
I cannot describe how wonderful these 20x30 images ended up looking! I took the photo with my iPhone 14 and incredibly looks like a masterpiece of art on my wall. I'm very impressed at the price and how incredible they turned out! Honestly I would have paid more now knowing how great these loook

I messed up my own order but Autumn was so kind and patient.
Ordered 3 frames September 2025. One frame is perfect, one frame is warped about 1/4 inch, and one is warped over 1 1/4 inches. Reached out to support, provided several clear photos, but was denied a replacement. Frame is just cheap trim, and the canvas is just a textured plastic from a crafts store. Will use the wood for a fire at this point.
I submitted my digital file and in no time received my art pieces. They look fabulous!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
