Great customer service. Fast service and delivery. Only issue was the fastener on back of frame to hold wire was weak and fell off. We just purchased new hanging kit.
I love this company and their products. I've purchased twice now and have been satisfied both times! I will say, I had an issue with my first photo and they fixed it quickly and professionally. My only small issue is I think the prices for the refills is a little high. I would expect the refill without the frame to be a lot less than a $10 difference.

I have had trouble printing large images of my beautiful girls because other sites would indicate they weren't high resolution files (they were). I had Smallwoods pop up on a tiktok & I thought let's give them a try! I am so happy we did. I didn't get any errors when selecting the photos & the prints arrived beautifully framed & the images are crystal clear. My mama heart was so full. These are absolutely stunning & exactly what we had envisioned. Will be ordering more! Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!

I had a great experience. The pictures are clear and beautiful even with the large prints. I accidentally uploaded the wrong picture for one of them and I made a correction online and they fixed it no problems. The only problem I had was some of my wooden frames were slightly off and one had a nick in it. Nothing crazy, but that's what's holding me back from 5 stars.
Very pleasant experience. Love the way the pictures turned out. My kids are going to love them for Christmas.

The colors are vibrant, the quality is top-notch, and the frames give such a beautiful finish. It was good. I'm glad they figure out a way to solve things, but I think they should use something like paper or something to protect the frames.
The frames can get damaged easily and that can help prevent that from happening.

I would have expected that spending over $100 on some artwork that it would have come with something to hang it. Hardware, nails, cable, something.

Buyer beware -- if you decide to order from Smallwoods, double and triple check your order before clicking "submit." If there's an error in it, you'll pay dearly or be left with items that don't meet your needs. I ordered eight medium framed prints from Smallwoods, spending several hundreds of dollars. The prints that arrived looked pretty good, and I was honestly happy with their quality. To be clear, these are not at the same quality of a professional photo lab, but they aren't bad for the cost. Unfortunately, due to a mistake during checkout, I apparently ordered brown frames instead of the black ones I intended and didn't find this out until they arrived. Since the brown doesn't match anything in my home, I reached out to customer service to request an exchange or return. I was then told the items were "custom" and therefore non-returnable. That really doesn't make sense to me since the Medium frame is advertised as their most popular size and refill prints for that frame are sold for it, clearly showing these frames are not custom and are not one-time use products. The only option offered to me was to reorder and repurchase all eight framed prints with the correct frame color at half price, which would have added about $250, not including additional tax and shipping. Customer service was absolutely unyielding in their approach of no exchanges or returns for this product. They did not even offer a coupon code for a future purchase or anything like that. On the positive side, their customer service agents were polite and responsive, which I did appreciate. That said, they weren't able to offer any real solution to my problem. The no return/no exchange policy for framed prints feels very rigid and not customer-friendly—I can't imagine I'm the only customer who has ever accidentally ordered the wrong frame color. I had planned to order several more prints for a different room in the house, but after this experience, I'm hesitant to do so. My only option now is to take apart the prints and repaint the frames myself—an incredibly frustrating outcome after such a large purchase.
I received my order in a very timely manner and everything was packed well and they were beautiful pictures. Unfortunately, I made an error and one of them didn't get printed. I contacted Smallwoods. They helped me out, fixed my order, and shipped the remaining picture in my order very quickly. They're really beautiful pictures. I can't wait to get them on the wall!
My smallwoods came and I was impressed by the wood and picture quality. I did have one damaged with shipping and they were quick to help and replace the picture. Excellent customer service.
