Ordered 5 large pictures for my living room. They turned out beyond my expectations. Now we know sometimes things happe, that's life. One of the pictures came little damaged, but I sent an email when I noticed and a replacement was being sent out in less than 12 hours from my email. Thats a business that stands by their product. I love my pictures beyond words, but I also love how wonderful Smallwoods customer service was. Amazing!
I have order several times from Smallwoods and always love their quality of work and never have had any issues with orders. This past order I did receive the frame had came apart I think due to being tossed around from shipping they was quick to take care of me and send me a replacement very quickly. Quality and top notch customer service! Thank you!
I have ordered many prints through Smallwood and in my latest order one print frame was missing. I contacted Smallwood's customer support right away and received a reply within minutes. I had my missing frame re-made and sent in less than 1 day. I was so pleased with the customer service I received and I will continue to use Smallwoods in the future.
Apparently it's on you if you pick an image that is brightly colored, doesn't convert properly from rgb to cmyk, or uses colors that their canvas overly absorbs. Didn't know that you have to request that somebody review your image prior to printing? Too bad! Because guess what, if you're not happy with the results they will do nothing at all to make it right!
I don't want it canceled could someone please notify me with this matter it was a change in the size but I see you don't have the size I want so I'll keep the ones I ordered
This is the 2nd time we've ordered and each time our frame/prints were damaged, BUT customer service is TOP NOTCH! They immediately replied back with a great solution.
Ordered more family photos from Smallwood due to our family growing. Product was damaged in shipment. Product was promptly replaced.
I had an issue with my recent order. I received the package with an oil stain on the box that seeped through to the print. I contacted Smallwoods immediately and they responded within a few minutes. I had a replacement print in 2 days! Talk about customer service! Wow! Thanks Smallwoods! You're the best!
Sadly my replacement portrait and a large crease in it but Claudia was very helpful and quick to resolve the issue.
It's very frustrating that they overcharge you on one frame so that you have to buy two. Of course, if I had known this I would have bought two every time because the cost isn't much more than the price of one. I love the frames & have so many of them, but unfortunately until this last order I made, I didn't realize the price difference when you only buy one. I overpaid by hundreds due to this!
Received my order today and upon opening the first box I noticed the top print was damaged, frame was fine. I submitted a ticket and within a few hours they already had a new canvas on the way! I noted that there was no kind of protection/packaging between the top print and box to hopefully help you guys going forward. Thank you so much!
My original picture came in. The frame was damaged. I sent pictures and called in and was sent a replacement that was perfect.

My husband and I decided to print some of our wedding pictures through Smallwood, and I am so grateful we did! We got 3 frames with picture of just him and I, and not only is the quality of the frame great, but the prints are clear and beautiful! These will definitively be something that travel with us to different homes and through different seasons!
This company is the best I have ever dealt with. From placing the order; returns; communication; service; professionalism; etc. I so appreciate the fact that this company was/is willing to make things right and take the time to verify the images for perfection. I have ordered from Smallwoods atleast 5 times over the years because their pictures come out so beautiful. I recently placed a fairly big order as I was updating my family wall and a few pictures came out blurry. They emailed me right away and helped me either fix the original photo or Pick a new one and helped me every step of the way. The staff are so helpful and freindly and all my pictures look AMAZING! I ordered three wrapped canvases of my wedding pictures from Smallwood. Two out of the three were perfect but the last one came in not cropped the way I put into the website. I submitted a ticket about it not being cropped the way I wanted. Mae in customer support reached out to me quickly after that offering to reprint the canvas for me. They are now sending me a new canvas and I couldn't be more thankful! I will definitely use this company again when the time comes!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
