My experience with small wood has been so amazing! They're very helpful and the shipping was really quick. I accidentally submitted the wrong picture and they helped me out right away. Easy instructions and a great price! I will always use them.
Just received my framed portraits. They are absolutely beautiful! The turn around from the day I ordered to when I received them was quite fast. Very happy with my portraits and will definitely order from Smallwood again!
We ordered 3 prints at 24x36. One of them, the frame came kind of chipped. It was on the top and not noticeable when hung on the wall. But i reached out to customer service to see if it could be fixed or switched. Had to upload a picture of the damage as expected and within 5 days we had a replacement and told to keep the first one so we gave it to my in-laws. Absolutely amazing customer service and amazing quality of the prints. Definitely will be coming back to Smallwoods for all our our photos.

Had ordered prints and frames for my grandchildren's photos and when I received it one of them had creases in it. I took a picture of the damage and you guys sent a new one within a week and the new one was perfect. Appreciate the great customer service
I ordered very large prints with multiple prints in each package. I was a little worried how they would ship. The frames looked amazing! Unfortunately two of the prints were damaged in shipping. I emailed Smallwoods with a picture of the shipping box and prints and no questions asked they replaced the prints. Highly recommend! Love the huge prints in my house! :)
Very unhappy with customer service response to my issue. I ordered two canvas prints and the "same color" frames are VERY different. I understand some variation in the wood but I cannot even hang these together as intended. VERY DISAPPOINTED after spending the amount of money I did! Customer service was no help and offered no remedy to my issue.

OUR PACKAGE CAME AND TWO OF OUR PHOTOS HAD A CREASE GOING DOWN THE MIDDLE, I CALLED AND THEY ARE SENDING OUT TWO NEW ONES, VERY EASY!
The process is simple. I could use any image from my phone, which is convenient since I take a ton of pictures! The prints look good. Make sure using a good quality picture. The frames are light and beautiful. And hanging was a cinch too.

My print had arrived damaged by the shipping company. I called Smallwoods and was told how to report the issue. She was so nice! I sent pictures of the damage and had a new print in the mail to me within a few days! Great customer service!
