I ordered 2 XL canvases with pictures from my wedding. Customer service reached out to me via email to let me know the pictures I had uploaded would print blurry and suggested I resend them once I downloaded the actual photos from my photographer for better clarity. They were so right! I am so pleased that not only did the company reach out to me to let me know about this issue prior to printing them, but the final products I did receive were amazing! I was very impressed with the customer service I received from this company. I ordered two different custom prints/frames and each needing to be sent to different addresses. They were very careful in making sure they understood my request and had me double check the order before sending to production.
This is my second order from Smallwoods. The first was a gift; this one for myself. The process of ordering is so easy. The hardest part was choosing which photos to frame. They took our family photos and created such beautiful pieces to put on display. They seriously make me smile every time I glance at them!
I had an idem hippies to me that showed up damaged, Smallwoods was so quick to respond and send me a replacement they're amazing!
We received our frame refill and the box looked smashed. Once I opened it, I noticed a large crease running down the middle. I emailed their support team with a photo and they responded back within an our or two letting me know that they had already ordered the replacement. I was not expecting that at all so I am super thankful! They seemed very genuine and helpful, and it was a great, no-stress experience.
