I was so happy with the quality and look of the framed pictures. They look beautiful! Will definitely order more in the future.

Had issues with a very large canvas missing pixels/color in some very small details. Received an immediate response that they were sending a replacement. Very happy with the speedy response!

I'm very happy with the final framed print I just received from Smallwoods. The first one I received had been damaged in shipping, unfortunately. The frame wasn't damaged, but the canvas print had a crease up the middle, due to compression damage. I contacted customer service, and received an immediate response, with an apology and assurance that a new print would be sent right away. They also included instructions on how to place the new print into the old frame. My final framed print looks great!

Spent $250 on 4 photos. The photos themselves are beautiful but 4 months in one of the frames is warped and customer service will not help because it has been over 90 days. I guess they can't even guarantee their quality for a year. I won't purchase again.

Beautiful pictures exactly like the photos. We ordered 2 smaller canvas and their biggest canvas and they all turned out beautiful. I received them less than a week after I submitted the order. Very impressed!

Even with old photos & poor pixels, therefore, the quality of the prints are superb & the newer & better pixel quality prints are exquisite! We ended up ordering more…& more! A total of thirteen!

The shipping was fast on my first purchase! Still waiting on my other but it came nicely packaged and came out clear and beautifully done!

I called to explain the picture in this frame cropped my husbands head off. I called and you sent me a new picture that was suppose be adjusted for the frame. You sent the exact same picture with the exact same problem.! Frustrated because no one listens to fix the issue.

When my pictures did not meet my expectations, my concerns were quickly addressed and remedied. They were able to work with me and help get me pictures that I'm proud to put on my walls.

I am not fully impressed for the price.
They aren't glossy like prints and you can see the texture near and far.
They are light weight.
Id say if you are looking for the experience and ordering from smallwoods save the money.

I was overjoyed with what we ordered. It was exactly what we wanted. The quality is high and the pictures look great! I was worried it would be blurry but they look amazing. Very glad we made this order!
