Had a picture delivered with a frame that we didn't like. They gave us a large discount to order another one since I saw the frame online when I ordered so fair enough. What was fantastic was the speed that their representatives got back to me…ALWAYS within 24 hours and happy to help. Really like this company.

I ordered large canvas pictures and fed ex damaged one of them. I contacted customer service and they responded right away and replaced the picture in no time! Thank you so much!
We had a problem with our order. The quality of some of our pictures were not great. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They got back to me quickly, I sent pictures of the problem and within less than a week from receiving my order they replaced the pictures. Thank you for being so easy to work with and for the quick turn around. I love my pictures from you all and will continue to order.
I was able to very easily file my claim with smallwoods for a damaged print, sent photos of the product, and within a few days received a brand new print.
I placed an order and my items turned out blurry. After many emails back and forth, the smallwoods team did EVERYTHING to help me! Turns out it was the quality of the photographers camera. They went above and beyond to help me! They also responded insanely fast every time!

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
