I had to resend my pictures in multiple times due to me not sending them correctly and they solved my problems! I love how the pictures come out with this company i will most definitely recommend it to everyone i know!
I use their laundry soap which smells great but is incredibly strong scented so use half and a basic soap for the other half. Anyhoo... I've had to skip my subscription because I closed an account and payment was set to it. For whatever reason the subscription won't recognize the new card, but new items in my cart work fine and go to the correct card. I reached out to support and got told if we start a new subscription to fix it they won't honor the pricing I had and want to charge me $5 more per bottle. Hard pass. Besides, there are sheets now that deliver the proper amount of scent instead of every home on the block knowing im doing laundry when the scent hits the dryer vent. It's that strong. I dont mind that, but I do mind getting ripped off as an existing long time customer. Buyer beware.
My prints showed up damaged at no fault of smallwoods (it was FedEx) and they were so quick to respond and sent me replacements! I have always loved this company and honestly have never had to submit a problem request until now, and they handled it with grace. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do!
This was an overwhelming task for my work. I was very nervous and the customer service department made process easy and made me feel comfortable with selections made
Somewhere in the delivery my picture had gotten damaged. I emailed Smallwoods right away and Kelly helped me out! The replacement is on the way!
When the company could not complete my order that was PAID IN FULL, they issued me a credit so that I could order the missing canvas when I returned from a 2 week vacation. Upon return, I went to place an order for my missing canvas and the credit issued was only to cover half of the cost! Just a little frustrated

My print was flawed due to the delivery carrier and how rough they were in the process. I reached out to Smallwoods to come up with a solution and they sent me a new print in less than 48 hours. I couldn't ask for better customer service!
There was a flaw on the original image I received. I emailed customer service a photo and they sent a replacement super fast. It was easy to swap it out of the frame it was in too. Very happy with my order and this company.
I had a photo that was not centered when I received it and I sent and email and they responded very quickly and we're very considerate when they realized it was a glitch on there end and sent me a new picture for my frame free of charge.
Had some issues with first order, but was able to have it corrected and I'm pleased with the corrected ones that were done.

I paid a lot of money for the photo to come out very dark on a 22x44 frame. Tried to have this fixed and they are unwilling to help. Be careful about which photo you choose. I was so excited to have my family photo on the wall but ultimately ended up being very unsatisfied.
I was initially worried about calling and was very quickly relieved. Autumn made us feel as if we were a family member. Very easy to understand and helpful. I ordered three pictures and two of them came great but the third was super blurry and not good quality. They all came from the same file so not sure why this happened.
I bought a huge picture of my husband and myself it came quickly and it is just adorable I am ordering another one of a different pose for a different room I would order from them over and over.

Answer: I had one print damaged during shipping but was able to fix it easily. They need to work on packing and shipping. There are opportunities for improvement.
