I received my framed pictures in about a week and the quality is great! I did have a hard time at first making my picture horizontal but asked the help button and it walked me through it.

I absolutely love my framed prints. I have ordered four 25x17 family photos and three 12x17 art prints and they are all beautiful. I love the slightly textured material they are printed on, the quality is obvious. Definitely take advantage of their bulk pricing option. Great customer service at this company. I received a 25" x 25" family portrait that was damaged in shipping. The company quickly replaced it no questions asked. I would order from them again with no hesitation.
Very poor quality products for the price paid. The first go round, my frame had gaps and was not fully bonded together. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement at no charge. Now, I'm disappointed in my replacement. The frame still isn't great- there is some overlapping on the edge and the pieces of the frame do not come together flush and the print is very low quality. The new print is grainy and overall, the whole product is not at all worth $80 with shipping costs. At this point I just needed the photo on the wall for our business, so I swapped out the old print with the new and put it in the better of the two frames. I just wanted to say how very disappointed I have been in this company. I really wanted to like to product and had considered ordering for my own home in the past, but after all of this, I will not be ordering from them again. They also did nothing to rectify my replacement order as it "fits their standard for prints". I guess their standard for frames is junk too.

Smallwood consistently delivers beautiful prints in well made frames. Recently had an order delivered with a damaged print (not the fault of Smallwoods, box was crushed in shipping). Smallwoods customer service promptly responded to my claim and sent out a new print, had it in hand by the end of the week! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
I sent a picture to small woods of my photo when it arrived. It had a small wrinkle in it. It was immediately taken care of and a new one was shipped in a very timely manner. The customer service is phenomenal! Everything I've ever bought has turned out wonderfully!

We are so excited to hang our Smallwoods prints up in our house! The ordering process and website was user friendly with allowing you to preview the photos in various sizes and frame colors to ensure we selected the best options for our wall space. The quality of the prints are beautiful and more unique compared to photo paper. Just 1 print of 10 was damaged in shipping. I reached out to the Smallwoods team immediately and they were prompt with response to ship a replacement. That is excellent customer service! I'm always worried about ordering pictures and how they're going to turn out, but these were so beautiful! The print and framing is what I was looking for! I did have a problem with shipping and FedEx. The package came damaged and it did bend the picture, but I contacted Smallwoods and they were able to send me another picture to replace. They were very prompt and helpful with the process.
There was an issue with the quality of my pictures. They were so patient until I was able to upload photos that were of better quality. They could have just used what I sent with a disclaimer that the quality of the original photo wasn't the best. But they hung with me until it was right. I so appreciate it.
Not only is the quality of their canvases amazing their costumer service is excellent! They go above and beyond for their costumers! I Will continue to be a loyal customer and supporter.
