Originally purchased a set of canvas wrapped frames and liked the quality. When we did new family pictures I wanted to update the photos as advertised so I ordered the refills. When they arrived, they don't fit the frame. Nowhere on the website does it specify what frames the print refills work in or any exclusions. When I called to order just the frames I need and let them know their advertising was misleading, they stated I would have to reorder the frames with the photos again. They had no other options and talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing the frame wasn't compatible but if it's the exact same size, how would I know that? Why would I want to own duplicate pictures? I will not be purchasing from them again after this based on the false advertisement and condescending representative.
Seamless ordering process! Our guests can't stop complimenting our photos and are always surprised when I tell them the affordable price. Second time ordering from them and have zero complaints! Fast shipping too. You won't regret it!
Love the prints just wish it let you know before ordering the color may vary on the "stained" frames. Disappointed that they don't match :(
I noticed an error with my shipping address after I placed my order. I sent an e mail and Smallwoods corrected it right away and sent me a message with confirmation. Very happy!
I called to apply a code that I didn't apply when I placed my order and they were very helpful. They solved my problem within minutes.
I received two wood frames that the stain had discoloration. I emailed the support team yesterday and have two replacements in the mail today, just by attaching photos of the damaged frames! Such an easy process and very thankful for the Smallwood's team for being so helpful.
Pictures ok but I had to take the cardboard back off because staples were in my photos instead of securing the back of the picture. The price is too much as the frames are dusty black with the backing a piece of cardboard very cheap! Not worth the price I paid. Lesson learned.
This was my third order from Smallwoods. The quality of every item is top notch - The pictures are so crisp and clear, and the coloring is perfect. Shipping is usually quick, too! I will continue to order from Smallwoods!
My picture came in and had a large crease from someone stepping on the box. I was very disappointed, since this picture was going to be used at my wedding. I reached out to Smallwood, and they immediately said they would send a new one, to replace the damaged picture. I was so thankful! Couldn't ask for better customer service!
These large frames are the perfect way to display family photos. Love them, and will continue to buy the refills as we update photos over the years.
The customer service deserves all the stars possible! They reached out to let me know the images I originally uploaded were going to come out blurry and wanted to make it right before printing and sending my order. The fast response and attention to detail tells me they take pride of their work and want their customers to be satisfied with their order! I cant wait to see the finished product.
I ordered three Smallwoods photos and was extremely disappointed with the quality upon arrival. One had a corner damaged right out of the box, and all three had uneven frames with visible gaps. The build quality is so poor that they cannot hang level, no matter how I adjust them. For the price point, I expected something far better crafted and durable. Unfortunately, the quality does not come close to matching the cost, and I would not recommend purchasing from here.

I first bought frames and prints from Smallwoods last year. We recently got family photos taken, so I ordered print refills and I was so impressed with how easy it was to swap out the pictures. I was able to go from non textured prints with the acrylic glass to textured prints and simply removed the acrylic for a different vibe. I love how customizable the items can be. Extremely high quality prints, as well. Their customer service is also on point and available on the weekends. I will be ordering print refills for life, as well as probably adding more frame options around the house. Highly recommend!

My framed prints came very quickly and they turned out fantastic! I will definitely use Smallwoods again! They look great in our tv room. We miss our grandsons so these prints were very special to us, and Smallwoods price was affordable. I had seen many other companies with a similar product but took a chance with them and was not disappointed.
Small Wood was great to work with. We had a very specific project we were working on and I was able to connect with someone before we ordered. While the first round did not come the way we expected it small woods made it easy to talk to, and they sent a replacement with expedited shipping. Their customer service was top-notch and they always checked in to make sure we were happy with the end results. I will use them 100 times over again.
Have REPEATEDLY tried to enlarge an 8x10 bust shot pose of my granddaughter's Sr picture to a 10x12 with all kinds of problems with it cutting off too much of my photo🤨.
Love their gallery canvas wood frames but their edit features are a big headache to work with! Even my hi-tech grandgirl gave up…and that was AFTER she reached out to customer service for help with the problem. Sad…

Ordered some wedding photos. The quality of both was great, but one got damaged in transport. Customer service was so smooth and seamless. They had a replacement photo out the next day.
