We had multiple pieces in our order. They arrived very quickly. One of them did appear damaged. Getting a replacement was extremely easy through the website and also arrived very quickly. We are so happy with the quality of the prints. Will be ordering more.
Unfortunately my package was delivered to the wrong address. Very quickly after I submitted a customer service request, I received a reply that provided a photo of my delivery. We were able to quickly use this to determine my package was delivered to the wrong address. The customer service representative immediately replied to let me know a new item would be produced and shipped within 2-4 business days. My assistance was quick and thorough and pain free. This was my first time ordering from Smallwoods but it will not be my last! We ordered two canvases of our children's 1 year smash cash pictures and it brought us to tears when we opened our package! I ordered 6 photos from Smallwood and paid the additional $6 express shipping. I received my frames photos in 3 days from my purchase date. 5 of my photos were BEAUTIFUL in their frames and one ended up being blurry. The best part was how quick their customer service team responded to my ticket and had a new photo on the way to resolve this issue. Smallwood is my favorite place to order photos from. Amazing quality and excellent customer service.
Initially I was very disappointed when my piece arrived. The art was bent and the edges were not flush with the wood. The price wasn't even wrapped safely for shipping. I reached out to customer service and they were extremely quick with responding and sent a replacement piece same day of my complaint. The second piece came with a fragile sticker on it and was in perfect condition. Now it's hanging beautifully in my nursery waiting for baby girl to arrive.

I ordered the wrong frame initially and was issued a discount to reorder the correct one, which was really nice considering it was my fault. I received the new print and it was blurry! Reached out to customer service and they sent me a new one on rush and even tweaked it for me over email. Received the 3rd times the charm print and it's finally perfect! Thank you Smallwoods! Originally purchased a set of canvas wrapped frames and liked the quality. When we did new family pictures I wanted to update the photos as advertised so I ordered the refills. When they arrived, they don't fit the frame. Nowhere on the website does it specify what frames the print refills work in or any exclusions. When I called to order just the frames I need and let them know their advertising was misleading, they stated I would have to reorder the frames with the photos again. They had no other options and talked to me like I was an idiot for not knowing the frame wasn't compatible but if it's the exact same size, how would I know that? Why would I want to own duplicate pictures? I will not be purchasing from them again after this based on the false advertisement and condescending representative.

Love the prints just wish it let you know before ordering the color may vary on the "stained" frames. Disappointed that they don't match :(
I noticed an error with my shipping address after I placed my order. I sent an e mail and Smallwoods corrected it right away and sent me a message with confirmation. Very happy!
I called to apply a code that I didn't apply when I placed my order and they were very helpful. They solved my problem within minutes.
I received two wood frames that the stain had discoloration. I emailed the support team yesterday and have two replacements in the mail today, just by attaching photos of the damaged frames! Such an easy process and very thankful for the Smallwood's team for being so helpful.
