This site was unfamiliar to me until I accessed Trianon to get hotel information for New Orleans. I think booking the correct room accommodation was a little confusing so hopefully it will work out. Photos made it easy to navigate.

Going to Las Vegas and had to get a hotel room on short notice. Prestigia by far had the best rate for a good hotel.
Answer: I doubt it. I didn't get a refund when I cancelled way before the deadline for free cancellation. I have heard from no one, no one answers the phone. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes as " the next one in line" I gave up. Don't waste your time, energy or money on this reservation site.
