If I could review Super.com as zero stars, I would. We booked a hotel through Super.com and by mistake made an error on a booking day. Difference of 1 day. The hotel had rooms available and ask to reschedule with Super.com. They refuse to change the booking day. Wouldn't let me speak to the manager. Just awful service. Cheap company. Be aware!
Very fast better rate obtained compared to other sites
It was quick and easy to book a nice clean accommodation where we've stayed before.
Also the price is reasonable.

Be careful with Super.com. Their prices are not real, and if their system makes a mistake, they will blame the hotel instead of taking responsibility.
My reservation number was B_*******.
I booked a stay at The Royal Haciendas for 2 adults + 1 child (10) + 1 teenager (15). I entered the correct ages during the booking process, and Super.com offered a price based on exactly those ages. I did everything correctly.
However, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that Super.com had sent the reservation as "2 children", not one child and one 15-year-old teenager. Because of this inaccurate information, the hotel charged me $330 USD at check-in.
The hotel provided written confirmation that this charge was triggered because Super.com sent the wrong classification.
When I contacted Super.com, they tried to justify the issue by quoting the hotel's policy that "children under 12 stay free."
But this is NOT what I booked:
I never selected a "kids stay free" promotion
I entered the correct ages: 10 and 15
Super.com offered and charged me based on those ages
Super.com incorrectly transmitted my 15-year-old as a "child under 12"
I provided them with every piece of evidence:
The hotel's written explanation
The $330 USD receipt
My reservation showing the correct ages
The hotel voucher showing Super.com sent "2 children"
Despite all this, Super.com continues to deny responsibility and keeps blaming the hotel — even though the hotel only applied what Super.com sent.
This behavior is unacceptable, and I am still waiting for a fair resolution.
If you are considering booking with Super.com, be careful: the price you see may not reflect what you will actually pay, and if something goes wrong, they will not take responsibility.

We booked a room with super.com for November 28th under C. Chauvin for Comfort Inn and Suites Nashville Downtown, and because we have children and life happens, we paid an extra $9.68 to make the room refundable. In the description it says "Don't lose your $! Receive a 100% refund for any eligible reason such as: Last minute sickness or injury, public transit failure and delay, family emergencies, and many more!" What they don't tell you is in VERY fine print on the terms in conditions you basically have to show them in blood that you had an emergency. Doctor letters signed, lab results, cancelled plane tickets are some of the items they want you to actually send to them in which these things are 100% NOT their business. When we had one of the listed exact circumstance happen a week and a half before our trip, we submitted a refund request and it was immediately denied. We had explained those original dates no longer worked for us due to an emergency, and when it was denied I thought "No big deal I will call to explain." When I called, I explained our immediate family member was diagnosed with an illness, and on the phone super informed me that it was my fault for not reading the fine print and I must PROVE that she was ill. Why in the world would I submit a family members private medical paperwork to someone who doesn't even work in the United States or who is on their medical team? Submitting paperwork to a non-doctor when it's not even needed would be a HIPPA violation. In good faith, if you pay an extra fee then as a respectable company you say, "I am so sorry about this news, we will refund you as a one-time courtesy." In fact, I had another hotel chain refund me for a non-refundable room in the past due to weather conditions with zero proof or questions asked because a good company does that. Super not only didn't refund us but whoever was working the call center line at 11:24pm on 11/17 was rude and condescending and could have cared less. She told me this was all my fault and when I told her I was going to dispute it with my credit card, and turn them into every single platform I can think of, she said she didn't care. At the end of the day, I disputed the charge with my credit card and won. The money isn't the issue though it is the predatory behavior of super and I don't want this to happen to someone else. I will be submitting this actual review on every platform, everywhere I can find over and over again until 1. I receive an apology from super.com and 2. They completely take away the need to show proof for a refund for those that pay the extra fee. Now super will have to refund my credit card company, pay extra fees for the dispute, lose my husband and I as customers (and we had booked with them several times in the past) plus deal with me writing these reviews on every single platform I can find. All because they wanted to pocket my money on a room for a trip that was over a week away? A room you would surely still be able to book since it was downtown Nashville on a weekend. I hope it was worth it.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
