Was a great pleasure speaking with Tony. Booking room was easy and super fast. Only wish they wouldn't charge over $100 for lodging and tax fees. That's crazy!

I was NOT told that I was purchasing a protection plan and that my hotel reservation was non refundable. This type of sales technique is deceitful and predatory. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and I am going to try and dispute the charges on my credit card. This was a horrible experience and I hope you discontinue these practices so others do not have to go through what I just went through.

How do you describe a conversation you just had with a robot? Impersonal for a hotel to use an AI generated reservation agent. The AI agent spoke clearly but way too fast.

It was terrible communicating with this individual. It was like I was talking with a bot. They tried to verify my email again and again, but couldn't get through how you read an email@ and dot com so it kept coming across wrong. They took forever trying to get the room. Even with the group block name... just a extra long process that should have been so much easier.
Ended up not even booking the right room on one. We were supposed to have one room with two beds, and they just put kings.

The agent told me the room could be cancelled by 3/11 with no penalty. We were still on the line when the email confirmation came stating no cancellations. I was working to understand the problem and was hung up on! Then, when I called in again, your idiot BOT CANCELLED MY NEEDED reservation and so I have no room and a $823 charge. Unacceptable.

I just booked my reservation with Jorge ("George") by phone at the Hassayampa Hotel in Prescott, AZ. He helped me with a discounted AARP rate and was able to assure me that my room could be away from any "dog-friendly" room. (A friend had an unpleasant experience at the hotel with a barking dog across the hall!)
He was friendly and efficient in booking my room.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
