Valentino did an amazing job explaining what needed to be done for my reservation. He explained everything that I asked and booked my reservation and parking for me. This process was flawless over the phone, I tried online and had difficulty. Great employee, don't loose him.
The agent told me the room could be cancelled by 3/11 with no penalty. We were still on the line when the email confirmation came stating no cancellations. I was working to understand the problem and was hung up on! Then, when I called in again, your idiot BOT CANCELLED MY NEEDED reservation and so I have no room and a $823 charge. Unacceptable.

I just booked my reservation with Jorge ("George") by phone at the Hassayampa Hotel in Prescott, AZ. He helped me with a discounted AARP rate and was able to assure me that my room could be away from any "dog-friendly" room. (A friend had an unpleasant experience at the hotel with a barking dog across the hall!)
He was friendly and efficient in booking my room.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I had to ask at one time whether she was a computer b/c she was so attentive to my needs and yet so polite.

Another Holiday Inn couldn't extend my stay after advising they could. This rep did a great at improvising and finding me a room to celebrate a special day with my significant other. He had sympathy, he de escalated the situation put me at ease and made this day special by accommodating me. This truly is customer service and a I'll be a continuing customer. To that rep thank you for your service and Holiday Inn for making my day memorable. 😊

Carlos lied to me and said this booking was fully refundable. He also did not tell me I would be charged immediately. I will never use this service again.

I was freaking out trying to book a hotel room bcoz most hotels in my budget range were full due to Valentine's Day. Timothy was helpful & kind and offered alternatives etc.

I called to inquire about booking a reservation. The rep that I spoke to explained that I could cancel the reservations 48 hours prior to check-in without any penalties. However, when I receive the confirmation email it stated that my reservation was nonrefundable. When I explained to her with the email said she hung up on me. I called back and requested to speak to a manager and the rep that I spoke to said someone would give me a call.

We live out of state and I wanted a hotel close to the hospital since my grandpa is currently on hospice there. Carlos was extremely friendly and helped me get a room reserved so that I have one less thing to worry about as we go through a difficult time. My experience was horrible Joleen sounded like a robot and continued reading a script instead of talking normal. She kept me on the line for over 30 minutes and did not help me at all.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
