It was fine. The young man I talked with was pleasant.
My only question is I thought I was talking with a Spring Hill Marriot employee. When I checked out they said I made reservations through Expedia How does that work?

Carlos was so great, my initial call for info only made me want to stay at the lucky place who employs Carlos! He was the best!

I'm technically illiterate and Sativa was very kind, helpful and patient with me. She also told me how to cancel the room.

This is the third time I've done this survey because when I check something out it erases everything. If it wasn't for the fact that Sativa was kind I wouldn't have done this. I'm not going to print my receipt because I'm not doing this again.

I just called your hotel in Aliso Viejo on El Toro Rd and spoke with Diego Raphael. All done in 8 minutes... lovely young man!

I really like that she double checked about what I was looking for. At the end she went over everything to make sure it was correct before I paid.

The agent (Kith Jumhil) was very helpful and did an excellent job helping me book/reserve my room. The only problem was the rate that was charged. Expedia advertised the room at $63 for one-night stay. Agent added a $26 commission for Sitejabber. This review is to alert people to make sure you are dealing directly with Expedia or call the motel directly. If not, you may find yourself paying an extra commission to a middleman.

Called hotel directly. What I was looking for was not within my budget However the gentleman that helped me answered all my questions and processed my reservations at another location.
It was a very pleasant surprise on a Sunday morning!

What a pleasure it was speaking to Myles, I am at the Doubletree because I had a water leak in my home and had to extend my stay. He was very attentive great at customer service, and made sure that I was taken care of and made me laugh. Excellent customer service!

The hotel was way over priced for the quality of the room, the hotel planner did not speak good English, won't be using this service again.

HORRIBLE. The girl beside to have a bad attitude, did not display important details about parking fees. Because she was in a such hurry to steal the reservation. The price for the hotel room price was lower than I paid to this stealer website that I never intent to called.

I call the hotel to book a room for a conference being held January 30 to February 1. I was lucky to get Joshua on the phone. I received prompt professional service. Far more than what received when trying to book online. Thank you for your service.

Didn't like the misleading information about cancelation policy. I was only told that cancelations were good to the 25th of December. I was not told that the cancelation fee would be 1 days rental for each room reservation. Since all calls are recorded please verify. Not an upfront conversation.

I called the hotel direct line and got ten reservation hotline. Abigail was very professional and pleasant and had all my information and took care of my reservation in less than 5 min. So much easier than doing it online. I will make my reservation this way every time now

Made a reservation, for the comfort Inn, Fond du Lac Wisconsin. Valerie took the reservation was very pleasant and accommodating appreciated her help.
