Booked a last minute King suite with a whirlpool tub. Got to the Confort Inn and went to the room and the room doesnt have the whirlpool.
I want a full refund due to the mistake on your companies side.

Worst call experience ever. Couldn't understand my email address. I was born and raised speaking English, absolutely no excuse for not understanding me.

He spoke very well, he explained everything to me. I asked him a couple of questions. He got he knew what he was doing about. So I recommend him many, many more of these people that you should get. He's very good at what he does. Thank you.
The person I spoke to was very pleasant and patient with me. I found this very difficult to do, it took me a few times to complete, I spoke with several other people, and even booked the room to find out it was canceled this morning and had to start all over again.

A pleasant and helpful customer service experience. Although I was initially disappointed to find that the number on the hotel website connected to this central reservation service rather than to the hotel, the cordial and efficient agent had the specific information I needed about which room to choose for my needs, and found the best room for me at a rate a little bit lower than what I was seeing on the hotel website.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
