From offering the best prices to providing great customer support no one betters Trip.com. I made a mistake on the flight departure date and only realised it once payment has been done. I then went through manage my booking but it does not allow me to change the date. The system should be flexible enough to be changed since the option is there

I want to warn all travelers: Trip.com's "Customer Service Guarantee" is nothing more than a marketing stunt and an empty shell with no real commitment behind it. My experience with invalid tickets at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi (Jan 13) proves that the company prefers scripted replies and the "mimicry of customer care" instead of the real refunds stated in their blank "Non-Guarantee."

Even though support agent (Eura He) directly instructed me to buy new tickets at the gate and promised a refund, I have been trying to get my money back for 45 days. Official representatives (Evelyn and Angelina) publicly promised on other platforms to investigate, but it was just scripts and a show for the public. In reality โ€” total silence and illegal withholding of my funds.

The result is clear: their "Customer Service Guarantee" is a public blank, and the reps' promises are also a blank. Blank + Blank = Two Blanks.

If you don't want to pay twice for the same service and then spend weeks begging for your own money โ€” avoid Trip.com at all costs.

"Dear" Trip.com: I demand an immediate refund and adequate compensation for 1.5 months of illegal withholding of my funds.

In my case, the company officially acknowledged their error and the debt as far back as January 21, yet they continue to withhold my funds.

Instead of a legitimate refund to my original payment method, as stated in their "Service Guarantee," Trip.com is trying to force "Trip Coins" on me, depriving the customer of their freedom of choice and turning them into a hostage of their platform. This is a direct violation of their consumer protection obligations. Their public promises to resolve issues are merely a mimicry of customer care and nothing more. If you don't want to pay twice for the same service and be left without your money โ€” avoid Trip.com.

Good thing is Trip's prices are pretty good deals. However, There's quite hard to connect human customers representatives. Also, when i bring the issue, most of time that cannot solve. Trip's deals are not flexible. Most of deals are unchangeable.

I absolutely love how easy this site is to use. It's extremely manageable and saves my passport and personal information so I don't have to keep re-entering everything every time I book.

Booking my 2nd flight using Trip.com

Great smooth experience. The 1st time my flight got canceled last minute at Colombo to Gan Maldives, thanks to trip.com, I downloaded it at that airport I was trapped in & in like less than 2 hours I was boarding the plane. Now from the comfort of my bed I chose to book my vacation to Egypt by the app, 15 minutes after payment I received my ticket. Great, smooth & fast app that offer competitive prices & also offers the more you use it.
I would just like to suggest that they simplify the user interface. Thank you trip.com
