Good thing is Trip's prices are pretty good deals. However, There's quite hard to connect human customers representatives. Also, when i bring the issue, most of time that cannot solve. Trip's deals are not flexible. Most of deals are unchangeable.
It's so easy and convenient to buy tickets. I booked a 5-leg multi-city journey and saved hundreds of dollars. I love the convenience and savings Trip.com provides!

I absolutely love how easy this site is to use. It's extremely manageable and saves my passport and personal information so I don't have to keep re-entering everything every time I book.

Great smooth experience. The 1st time my flight got canceled last minute at Colombo to Gan Maldives, thanks to trip.com, I downloaded it at that airport I was trapped in & in like less than 2 hours I was boarding the plane. Now from the comfort of my bed I chose to book my vacation to Egypt by the app, 15 minutes after payment I received my ticket. Great, smooth & fast app that offer competitive prices & also offers the more you use it.

I discovered trip.com booking trains in China for business travel. I am usually anmbivalent about travel sites, but the services added to the products by way of guidance and tips is the best I have ever seen by some way. They have made my China travel so much easier (I don't speak the language). We have since been booking flights and hotels in addition to the trains, prices are competitive or better, they have an excellent service.

Was able to book everything for our trip to China from flights, hotel, trains, domestic flights. This is especially handy as not everything is accessible in China and by combining all visits, there are really great discounts. My only complaint is that they have too many random sales and I feel like I could have saved even more ;)

I've never had an issue with trip.com. You have a great app that works solid services out a solid price. It just works and I can rely on it. I'm not a big fan of the chat box but other than that I'm happy with trip.com. Thanks for the good benefits to the Lounge access the eSIM and the coupons are great. Please keep those coming.
Very friendly but I don't like your app when it charges for luggage. Does the airlines have a policy of 20 kg free? So you shouldn't be charging people this amount? I think it's pretty disgraceful anyway. Let's see how it goes.
