I was having a lot of trouble with a bank entry reconciling it against my Trip.com spend. I've spoken to a number of agents, and we just ended up being frustrated with each other. It took Violet just a few minutes to resolve the problem (which was actually of my own making). Thank you Violet for fixing this for me, you were great.

I like trip.com because I can even book train tickets in China! I won't need to worry about payment. My U.S. credit card works perfecly.

Booked flights on Air Canada (Toronto to Tampa). Although we paid the fair in Canadian dollars Air Canada charged me US Dollars for my seat selections. When I called Air Canada they told me the '3rd party booking agent' paid them in US dollars therefore we get charged USD. Ultimately it's my choice to pay for seat selections however no where does it state any additional charges would be in USD.

I have used Trip Com over many years in conjunction with other travel Apps.
But! I am now a dedicated and faithful user of only Trip Com for my travel bookings.
The reason is the layout of your site it's so easy to navigate with out making wrong dates on bookings as can happen on other sites.

Name change had to be paid extra after it was clearly a change in the system and not of mine. Also I understand tickets is only at check in for ID requirements so why then need to pay before we get there for a name change.

Notifications is helpful. The on line boarding pass with flair airline is not clear no terminal and gate information. Thanks for your notification.

We booked air tickets with Malaysia airlines from Sydney-SGN on business class with 12 hours lay over. Next day we found a better flight with layover just an hour. With Trip.com we had the option to change our flight the first time for FREE, only paid $24 Aud for admin fee. Great experience with competitive price. Highly recommended for booking flights and accommodations.

Found other sites offer more flights then trip. Com found cheaper prices on other sites. Trip. Com hide my details so can't log in to the airline site to manage flight. Very poor customer service to solve the booking problem that was created by trip. Com

I made a mistake in the booking date for my hotel, i took me allot of calling back and forth but trip.com and the hotel agreed to give me a full refund outside of policy. This saved my vacation and years of my life that would otherwise been lost because of stress. To the manger and the people who coordinated this again THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I have been a regular user of Trip.com for over 10 years. I have always found the best prices for flights and on the odd occassion when I have experienced delays or cancellations of flights, I found their customer service excellent.

Trip does a good job of getting lower rates for airline tickets. But often they don't mention vital information such as whether the passenger will need to recheck in at layover terminals or whether certain other requirement exist. And their customer service, which is outsourced to overseas non-english speaking call centers, is next to useless.

Trip definitely gives you access to the cheapest fares. But if you don't have a visa or aren't allowed in many layover airports then you need to triple check to make sure your bags are checked through to the final destination. Trip does not do a great job of clarifying about this and if you're not careful you might end up stuck or losing your bags or dog or cat or all of it.
Plane was delayed from 14:00 pm to 19:30 pm local time Bali- Kupang.
Was a nightmare. And I did not get update from trip. Com for the rest of delayed. I only got one notification. That was not a good enough for me because I need to pass on the message to my relative who was travelling that day to his father funeral.

The check in was very early and a bit pressurized, to be followed by a 40 min delay for a flight of 75 minutes. No explanation - and no frills, not even water. And the price not really a bargain. I will choose other options next time. Just the schedule was good

I recently had a booking with trip.com. **************) Although the experience wasn't all great but one manager stud out for me and her name is Vera Wang. She acted very professional and understood clients empathy. She is a very nice person and responded immediately fully understanding my previous conversations with other managers that didn't resolve the issue. She came and within one hour negotiated the best solution for me. I didn't get the full refund but i appreciate vera hard work and compassion to understanding how customers feel when they loose money. She a great customer success manager.
I will like to recommended for a promotion as her actions are well deserving and i will be rebooking my next trip with trip.com thanks to her. Another agent which i didn't like was Miranda Ma, she was very unprofessional and was just throwing blame after i have waited for over 72h for trip.com to find me a solutions. She lacks empathy for client and would like for her to work on it. Customer service isn't about telling the customers it's their fault like they will be willing to just throw money away. She kept on repeating it was my fault and it became irritating to me. Please go through over message to see her responses.

Easy to book any flights to anywhere in the world. Price are good and it is just one stop for all your needs. Easy also to change/ rebook/upgrade any flights.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
