I recently had a booking with trip.com. **************) Although the experience wasn't all great but one manager stud out for me and her name is Vera Wang. She acted very professional and understood clients empathy. She is a very nice person and responded immediately fully understanding my previous conversations with other managers that didn't resolve the issue. She came and within one hour negotiated the best solution for me. I didn't get the full refund but i appreciate vera hard work and compassion to understanding how customers feel when they loose money. She a great customer success manager.
I will like to recommended for a promotion as her actions are well deserving and i will be rebooking my next trip with trip.com thanks to her. Another agent which i didn't like was Miranda Ma, she was very unprofessional and was just throwing blame after i have waited for over 72h for trip.com to find me a solutions. She lacks empathy for client and would like for her to work on it. Customer service isn't about telling the customers it's their fault like they will be willing to just throw money away. She kept on repeating it was my fault and it became irritating to me. Please go through over message to see her responses.

No email no warning nothing on the website they let us line up at the wrong terminal as it was wrong printed in the boarding pass! I also thought that there was 20 kg luggage included but apparently it was not so I had to book extra luggage which cost me more than expected! Never again!

You cancelled my flight then forced me to pay up for other flights did not want to modify my hotel booking despite you being the one who cancelled my flight (or your operator)

I paid extra when I booked my flight because I needed the option to change it. What I didn't expect was to spend more than three days chasing support, submitting over 12 requests, and getting absolutely nowhere.
Every time I reached out, I was given a new deadline instead of a solution. I kept explaining the same thing over and over: I don't care about the date, the time, or the layover. I just needed to be put on the next available flight. Somehow, this was never understood or acted on.
What broke me was the lack of continuity. The chat would be closed, a new agent would come in, and I had to relive the entire situation from the beginning again and again. It felt like no one was taking responsibility, and no one cared how much stress this was causing me.
I paid extra for a service that simply wasn't delivered. Being charged for flexibility and then denied that flexibility when I actually needed it feels unfair and misleading. This situation cost me time, energy, and peace of mind during an already stressful time of travel.
I am incredibly disappointed. This should have been a simple request, but instead it turned into days of frustration, anxiety, and feeling completely ignored.

You take time in giving tickets and when you show the tickets cheap, when the time comes for us to book, then suddenly you increase the price.

1. You need to pay extra penny for the service (Boarding Pass Issuance)- I have tried to enter the booking ID on the airline official website & mobile apps, CANNOT FIND Booking
2. For connecting flight, the send out separate Booking ID
3. One of the Booking ID's mail that supposed to attached Boarding pass (The incompetent operator sent out Iteranary instead which I already have)

My flight tickets had been cancelled by airline due to their arrangements and my accommodation and train tickets at the destination had all booked. The original airline had no alternative flight on the same day. TRIP decided to provide tickets from other airlines just want to make sure my trip will start as my original plan. Nothing will be affected. The alternative airline is more expensive than the original one and TRIP had paid the price difference. Thanks TRIP!

Every time when I plan my trip, I always select trip app as my only trip planning tool, including flight and accommodation bookings.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
