I use trip.com for all my bookings. The choices of flights and accommodations are excellent and prices very competitive. I appreciate the ability to sort by affinity programs and the ability to choose seats and upgrade in advance (although at time I am referredto the airline site, whcih is not as easy)

When Trip.com provides ticket confirmation, is it possible to combine the itinerary with the receipt into one document instead of two? It's nice to have all the information together in one document. Other airlines do this. Thanks.

It is great that trip.com offers the service of booking trains, but I had to resort to another app to book the same train and seat

I was able to book my entire 5-week China and Japan itinerary using Trip.com. Flights, rail, 20+ hotels etc all on one platform. Lots of choices and good prices.

Booked return flights to bali. The flight over is perfect but flight returning to Perth is wrong. We clicked to book 7am flight but got 1am. Rang Trip.com to sort straight after flight itinerarycame thru. They are still to get back to me.

I tried to book air China business class but that page was constantly flipping me back to search so basically system shows it's exist but it's not so I booked Hainan air with a little les convenient time of departure

Love how easy to used Trip.com for my holiday Shanghai. From flight, hotels and airport transport everything was smooth and easy. Love to used google maps in trip.com for sight seing. Used Trip to book several flights always good value and easy to find the right flights everything is easily available on their app my bookings conveniently stored so I can check flight times and book in online for boarding passes highly recommend if you want good value and convenience all in one easy to use app.

Started 3 years ago and really did use the site correctly. Only till Chat GPT mentioned the flights much cheaper with china using the site did I see the difference and the train within China 30% cheaper on TRIP.com than other sites including the local sites. MUST USE

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
