I've never had an issue with trip.com. You have a great app that works solid services out a solid price. It just works and I can rely on it. I'm not a big fan of the chat box but other than that I'm happy with trip.com. Thanks for the good benefits to the Lounge access the eSIM and the coupons are great. Please keep those coming.
Very friendly but I don't like your app when it charges for luggage. Does the airlines have a policy of 20 kg free? So you shouldn't be charging people this amount? I think it's pretty disgraceful anyway. Let's see how it goes.

I booked tickets from Bali to Brisbane on 2th of Feb at 10pm to Brisbane but my ticket was cancelled and no one responded so far and I have to booked new tickets through the other airlines that cost me unfortunate amount of money but you guys didn't even give me any response back

Make sure you triple check what your booking cause after to book the trip they will hit you with extra hotel fees after only website I used that dont show you going to get charged more and if you cancel with in 2 mins they say your cancelation is unsuccessful so you get trapped in the fees they didnt show in the beginning and total you pay then after you pay that you got to pay more other site actually will show you all the fees so you know the exact total amount you will be paying for your trip. Just dont fall for there lower price scams go to a more reputable site and save your $ cause you wont save it here trust me I lost more $ booking here now and after 2 mins customer said im stuck with the charges so I better just take the trip or they will charges be 50% of my booking to cancel RUN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND BOOK!

Really best travel related website. Airfare usually within 1% of other offerings (or cheaper). The first travel platform that has sent me updates & reminders regarding my travel plans. I was shocked to get phone notifications of gate changes BEFORE they were announced in the airport. They have GREAT prices on eSims! I've been getting perks like lounge passes. Sometimes eSims have stopped working and I've gotten an actual human customer service rep quickly who resolved the situation. My only complain is they don't offer as many hotels in minor markets (I travelled recently in Sumatra and wasn't able to use Trip.com for hotel bookings). Oh, and they have easy payment options that exceeds my needs.
I found that you suggested less airlines for me to choose and price sometime seem too high compare to other app. However, the hotel selection still ok for choice and price.
Trip.com is my favorite and the first choice when checking the trip. It was easy to use with good price
Extremely disappointing experience.
I accidentally booked a ticket and submitted a cancellation request within 30 seconds — literally half a minute. Despite the immediacy of the request, Trip.com refused to issue a refund.
There was no meaningful flexibility, no understanding, and no practical customer support. A cancellation made almost instantly should not be treated the same as one made hours or days later.
What's most frustrating is not just the financial loss, but the feeling that the system is designed to prioritize policy over fairness. The interaction felt rigid and indifferent rather than customer-focused.
I would strongly caution others to double-check everything before booking, because if you make even a split-second mistake, you may find there is zero grace.

I easily and quickly found the right itinerary, at a good price, and paid the airline ticket fare with no problem. Then, Trip.com sent me (by e-mail) all the helpful information that was needed.
I've been using Trip.com for few years now and it's easy to book flights & hotels, also provide you with discounts & good promotions. I really recommend it.
More than 7 years experience with Trip.com, I who'd like to say it's really very good experience all the time whatever I booked it's done very easy.
I have been booking through Trip for a long time now and everything has been great.
Recently had a slight mix up in the hotel booking and I had raised it with trip customer service and they were on point. Taha from customer care responded quickly and resolved it right away. I would definitely be sticking with Trip.

Let me start by saying prices were great and I will use Trip again. And comparing Trip to Expedia, Kayak, United, etc I found the website confusing and chaotic for my ADD brain. Also for some reason I seemingly successfully purchased my ticket. Got msg that the tickets will be issued with in 24 hrs I believe and that's it. I go to email to see if I received and itinerary. I did and forwarded it to the person I'm traveling with. Thank god I looked at it again more closely as while it was a full itinerary with flight numbers and times, in print that did not stand out to me I saw that my flight was canceled. So I called and was told to do it again, they were having some issues earlier apparently, so I did and I successfully purchased my ticket. So some little more technical issues while what they provide is great.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
