This is the first time I get air tickets with Trip.com and find it so perfect, better than all other platforms I've used. The interface is so user friendly that I can make booking and check for any info easily. And the ticket price is as competitive as the others, even better for some flights.
Another great point is that Trip.com doesn't charge me the card transaction fee like the others.
In summary, very pleasant surprise working with Trip.com for this 1st time and will keep staying with Trip.com from now on.

When booking an airline ticket, the site threw me back to the search screen on 4 or 5 different occasions on 2 consective days until I was finally able to book the flight. That doesn't take into account the dozens of times I had to search because the price increased as much as $450 - $500. The price I ended up paying was higher than my orginal price.

I purchased a ticket and the ticket was not confirmed until five days after the purchase year representative was helpful and I cannot complain about it, but your policy is very disturbing. I had to make sure that I had the ticket for further Planning and it was not confirmed at the time of purchase.

My hotel (Wame Hotel in Istanbul) experience was extremely disappointing — the room was not clean, the sheets were dirty, there was a strong smell in the bathroom, electricity and lighting issues, a broken heater, no blankets provided, and constant noise that made it impossible to sleep. The hotel staff were rude, unhelpful, and did not respond to calls or complaints.
What truly made the difference was Trip.com's exceptional customer service. Alex and his team personally followed up, contacted the hotel multiple times, and handled everything with professionalism, respect, and genuine care. They resolved the situation in a timely manner and offered compensation to support future bookings.
Thanks to Alex and his team, a very stressful experience turned into a positive one. Their dedication and support have earned my trust, and I will continue to book with Trip.com. Highly recommended.

My early flight from Mel-Bne in Nov was canceled past midnight and customer service just told me 'they can't do much' about my job cancellations which annoyed my employer. My whole day was ruined and i spent time explaining but the issue was just disregarded very quickly.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
