Flight cancellation unaddressed
December 27, 2025

My early flight from Mel-Bne in Nov was canceled past midnight and customer service just told me 'they can't do much' about my job cancellations which annoyed my employer. My whole day was ruined and i spent time explaining but the issue was just disregarded very quickly.
The service was awful and flight was unreliable

Death of Father/Ticket Refund

My father passed away on Monday December 22nd and I had to fly back to the United States on Tuesday December 23rd. Called to find out how to get a refund or voucher and what documents are needed for proof.

Trip.Com comes across as an efficient, professional and efficient online travel agency. They offer a very sound and stable platform for booking flights, hotel and related travel services at competitive prices. They followed through to ensure the timely issue of the flight tickets without any glitches as well sending confirmations of the seats and luggage insurances very promptly.
I will have no hesitation in using them for all our travel bookings.

Stark experience!
December 25, 2025

1)flight one hour delayed but no new boarding time posted online so I had to guess. Boarded sooner than what was posted on the airport screens!
2)made me fit my backpack into the small box frame before boarding. The frame is tinier than the actual space under the seat so it felt on purpose just to see if airline could charge extra.
3)nothing, not even water offered during the flight. Only items for sale. So poor.
