My early flight from Mel-Bne in Nov was canceled past midnight and customer service just told me 'they can't do much' about my job cancellations which annoyed my employer. My whole day was ruined and i spent time explaining but the issue was just disregarded very quickly.
The service was awful and flight was unreliable

My father passed away on Monday December 22nd and I had to fly back to the United States on Tuesday December 23rd. Called to find out how to get a refund or voucher and what documents are needed for proof.

Melbourne to chennai -less than 15 days travel date I booked- the cost of the ticket very very less compared to all other platforms.Also all confirmations and tickets I got with in max 10 minutes.

1)flight one hour delayed but no new boarding time posted online so I had to guess. Boarded sooner than what was posted on the airport screens!
2)made me fit my backpack into the small box frame before boarding. The frame is tinier than the actual space under the seat so it felt on purpose just to see if airline could charge extra.
3)nothing, not even water offered during the flight. Only items for sale. So poor.

I hope as u can make it Cheaper for publics u must Know about the public expensis on daily routine or u can usage so if u make it cheaper for publics that's looks better still we book expensive now but I hope next Christmas will be cheaper then now and make sure make ur online booking service easier most people facing difficulties when they are booking ticket like me

My flight from rockhampton to brisbane is delayed for 5hours. And when i arrived at brisbane, i had missed my flight from brisbane to taiwan due to the low delay. I hope i got my refund

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
