The helper "Jolene" was clearly AI. Although the bot attempted to speak in a friendly manner it was clearly scripted and robotic. Also pitch changed in some instances which was annoying.

Noe was gracious, kind, and very helpful. I truly appreciated the time he spent thoughtfully answering my questions. I hope that Hilton Hotels will not use automated/Ai systems to answer customers questions. It does a dis service to your hotels.

Do not use this service. I was overcharged, did not receive the discounted room rate, and was tacked on with more than $50 in recovery and fees. When asked about why so high I was told thats the state tax for you. Was not explained that it was a third party and not the actual marriott reservation. The extra charge must be their fee. Also they charged my card immediately not at check in. A rip off scam

We booked a hotel with cancellation insurance. Hilton is willing to cancel one of our rooms but Hotel Planner has not taken any for 5 days. We travel in two days and will loss our grace period. Extremely poor service

We called to try to confirm a reservation we thought we had and found out it was not existing. So we had to make another reservation for the timeframe. It took us a while to confirm there was no confirmation from the hotel either via email or text. The work Joyce did to help us was spot on. We got our reservation and expect to be able to check in tomorrow afternoon, thanks to her patience and help. This was a great experience!

Originally I was impressed on how helpful this gal was. But I also thought I was speaking to the front desk of the hotel. After making my reservation I went to the Website on where I was to stay. There I find how about their special rates and discounts. If only I had made my reservation directly with the hotel. I would have gotten a much better rate!

I specifically asked her if they had jacuzzis in room and are they available she said yes
So I continued with purchase
Then once I got there there was no jacuzzi on the premises period,
I was charged 112$ and when front desk refunded me

When we arrived at the hotel they had no record of our dog on the reservation. Perhaps it is because the email address was no where near correct. There would be an extra fee plus the price was well above what was quoted online. Otherwise the hotel was nice, breakfast excellent.

Easy! Very pleasant, knowledgeable & kind. We traveled down to Florida and stayed in a red roof Inn in Fayetteville North Carolina. They were equally as pleasant. We're going home tomorrow back to New York from Florida and are staying in this red roof hotel in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina they're very good with people and pets.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
