Was lied to about my booking and charged double for a single nights stay. Outsourced, lying $#*!, $#*! company. If I could give negative stars, I would!

He was very helpful, I knew the room I wanted as this will be our 6 stay at the Tides. And since it is sans kids and dog, we wanted this to be a mini adult stay-away.

I made a reservation online at the Inn on Lake Superior. I hit confirm then noticed it was the wrong room. I called the the reservation number and Prince helped me book the room I wanted... the one with the view of Lake Superior. Thank you Prince.

We were on 95 headed north to go home from vacation. We went online to find a place to spend the night. This Days Inn had good reviews, was moderately priced and offered breakfast. We made a reservation over the phone and headed to the establishment. The girl who took care of us behind the counter was very pleasant, gave us a room, and we went upstairs to rest up before we hit the road the following morning. Unfortunately, when we got to the room, the phone didn't work, the TV didn't work, and the room was disgusting. It was not clean, the bathroom, shower and tub was not something you would want to even step into. Also, the bed was all lumpy and we knew that we could not stay there. Also, we found out they did not have breakfast as stated online. We went back downstairs to speak to the young lady, but she said we needed to call who we had made the reservation through. We made the call the gentleman that took care of us was extremely helpful and we were able to resolve the issue, get our credit and move onto another facility. I was very happy with Mr Jesus handling the cancellation and refund. Great customer service!

Pleasant guy but lied to me. I asked if reservation had free cancelation until June 16 like it said online and he said yes. He offered me a refund offer thru June 19 if I paid an extra $194. I said free cancelation thru June 16 was good enough. The reservation that came via email says NO cancelation! What?!

Shiera was so helpful booking a ground floor room at our preferred hotel on the day of surgery. We got early check-in and a room with a kitchenette for less than what we found online. The entire phone call took less than 10 minutes, exactly what we needed on a stressful day!

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
