I booked a hotel at what seemed like a really good deal at $32, but then the hotel called me and I had to pay the real price of $135. NEVER BOOK THROUGH SUPER.COM unless you are ready to pay way more than advertised.

This is the first time I have used this accommodation booking service. It is a very quick, efficient and easy booking service to use with a good online booking management system too etc. Seems to have access to good rates.
I booked a hotel with super.com, got there and could not check in due to their credit card not working (they sure charged me the week prior), I called there customer service and spoke to several people, took almost an hour to get manager on line, still waiting in hotel lobby unable to check in. I was never able to check in! Now they are giving me a hassle and not refunding my $$$. WTF?
Very good price. Easy to use app. Very frendly. We will recommended to all our friends and the company where we work, since we travel constantly and always look for the best price in accommodation. Very Positive.

I searched for a 1 night hotel stay on Kayak and Super. Com had the lowest price. I clicked to purchase directly with Super. Com and it had 2-factor authentication so waited for them to text me the code. I clicked several times to resend the code and still nothing. Ten minutes later a bunch of codes were sent. When I entered the code the system somehow reset and changed my hotel arrival date to today's date. When I got the confirmation I immediately called Super. Com customer service. I was on hold for an hour with no answer. I called the hotel directly and they told me that I had to go back to Super. Com. Since it was Easter weekend I called Suoer. Com again on Monday morning and was told that it was none refundable and it didn't matter that their application had a glitch. I was sent an email to contact the hotel to convince them to send specific info for a refund…. The hotel does not want to refund me. Caution! The Super. Com price is always a little cheaper but it's not worth it if there is any type of issue… spend the extra 20 bucks for peace of mind.
Super is hands down one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. I booked two rooms through them while on a road trip home. Just an hour later, we arrived at the hotel—which is open 24/7—only to be told there was no record of our reservation, despite the fact that we had already paid. The hotel manager kindly called Super on our behalf, but their customer service rep could barely speak English, making it nearly impossible to communicate the issue. In the end, we were forced to pay the hotel directly for the rooms we had already paid for through Super. To make things worse, Super is now refusing to issue a full refund, so we're having to dispute the charge through our credit card company. This entire company is a scam. Their customer service is abysmal, and their policies make zero sense. After a 10-hour drive, this was the absolute last thing we wanted to deal with. Super claims you can't check in after midnight—despite the hotel being open 24 hours and clearly serving travelers passing through at all hours. We checked in just after midnight, only one hour after booking, and they had the audacity to say we "missed" check-in. Both the hotel manager and I tried multiple times to explain the situation, and they simply didn't understand or didn't care. Save yourself the frustration—stay far, far away from Super.

Glad to see this through Kayak. Only thing missing is photos of rooms but luckily I stayed at the selected hotel before.
Don't use Super. Com. Their customer service is awful. Reserved a room online for 2-25. When I received the receipt I noticed it incorrectly listed the check in date as 2-27. I immediately contacted their customer service number and the csr was useless. They would not correct the error unless the hotel agreed to the change. I called "super. Com" back from the hotel check in desk and the hotel clerk agreed to the change. Again the csr refused to make the change unless the hotel sent a request to them in writing. Total bull$#*! from "super". It should have been so easy to make the change but the csr seemed to enjoy the fact that I was frustrated. Ended up paying for a 2nd room because the csr didn't care enough to provide help. Additionally they will charge you an additional $15 membership fee whether you want it or not. There are many wonderful hotel reservation systems available. This is not one of them. Don't use.

Do NOT use Super. Com for booking hotels. I have booked a hotel with them on 2/11/25 and my card got charged that day for $290.20. At the end of my stay at the hotel at check-out I got a FINAL receipt for $217.02. Today I contacted Super. Com asking if I ever get a refund of $73.18, namely for the difference in their charge and hotel receipt. And here is what I got in response in writing while having a long chat with customer service.

That was a response from their second person that I chatted, probably manager, but he or she never introduced themselves. I have a copy of the entire chat, including the attachment of my receipt from hotel, but that didn't make any difference. It is best to book directly from a hotel, I would've saved over $73.00.

My experience with their website and customer service has been nothing short of appalling, and I strongly advise others to avoid using their services. Recently, I had to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. I submitted a refund application, providing all the necessary information and honestly explaining my situation. What followed was a truly disheartening display of inflexibility and a complete lack of empathy from Super.com. Despite acknowledging my situation in their email (Hi Jose!), the representative curtly informed me that my refund application was denied. The reason? Apparently, their policy only covers illness or injury of the person named on the booking. My reason, while valid and preventing me from attending, did not meet this incredibly narrow definition. To add insult to injury, they stated that because my reason wasn't a personal illness or injury, it fell under the category of "no longer needed the ticket," which is also not eligible for a refund. This is an absurd interpretation of the situation. I needed to cancel because I was unable to attend, not because I simply changed my mind. The email, signed off with a bland "Kind regards," offered no real assistance or alternative solutions. Instead, I was directed to their terms and conditions, essentially telling me, "Too bad, so sad, it's in the fine print." This is a classic example of a company prioritizing its bottom line over customer well-being and common sense. Super.com's refund policy is not only restrictive but also seems designed to make it nearly impossible to get your money back, even in legitimate circumstances. Their customer service, based on this interaction, is cold, unhelpful, and hides behind rigid rules. If you are looking for a booking platform that offers any semblance of flexibility or understanding when life throws you a curveball, stay far away from Super.com. Their policies are unfair, their customer service is dismissive, and my experience has left me feeling completely ripped off and incredibly frustrated. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly recommend that others do the same.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
