This is the worse experience I've ever had to go through
I asked for a refund for one of my two nights because the hotel was not up to my standards. The customerservice department was awful and even though the hotel manager approved my refund for the second night Hotelwiz refused to refund my amount I will be reporting this company directly to the federal trade commission for fraud.

Flew in for one night to watch the eclipse period needed somewhere close to the airport and this hotel certainly fit the bill. Free shuttle service to the airport we had to get a ride there because we arrived after 10 PM But a nice family gave us a lift. Room had all the basics the fridge, microwave, TV, Queen beds. Quite Adequate and breakfast was included
