The worst customer service ever! They were arguementative, wanted a cancelation confirmation from hotel but there was no such thing from hotel and they would not refund my money! Never again I will be letting people know about this company!

Unfortunately, I have to report that I experienced a terrible situation with this hotel booking site. Initially, I received my hotel booking confirmation email and checked into my hotel for a 2 night stay. 4 hours after checking in, I received a phone call from a Hotelwiz.com representative telling me that my credit card was declined and then she pressured me on the phone to re-pay for my hotel stay. After my refusal, the representative hung up and then called the hotel to request that they cancel my stay. The hotel refused the request. The next morning, I received another email confirmation for my hotel stating that I was being charged double the amount! Before contacting my credit card company to dispute the double charge, I called Hotelwiz to dispute the bill and spoke with a customer service representative that was no help at all! This led me to contact my credit card company that will be handling the dispute. I did make a 2nd call to Hotelwiz and spoke to a 2nd representative who was more professional in listening and handling the situation. However, this was a terrible experience from the start. I travel extensively and have never had a situation like this happen!

So Far So Good, the booking process was very easy. I look forward to staying at this Hotel.

If you want to book a hotel, do not use this company, I booked a hotel in hotelwiz website, when I arrived the place, the system was down and no Internet, I waited in lobby over 3 hours, the lady still couldn't check me in. I have to book another hotel for my trip. I talk to hotelwiz agent, they told me my reservation was not refundable and changeable, and still charge me full price. When I call back to ask refund, they don't answer my phone and hang up on me. This company is definitely cheater, they just want to get your money, not help you. Never use this company, never!
