The hotel suite I booked was at least 50% cheaper than any of the other booking sites. My room key and the welcome gifts were available for me at the concierge upon check in. The rooftop pool and hot tub were welcome perks on a weekend full of 90-degree days.

The best hotel, the best city. The price is good. The location is good. The neighborhood is perfect for walking around the center.

Rented room for tenant who was displaced due to water leak. When he arrived at the motel, he was too frightened for his safety to even get out of his care and refused to check in. When I called the try to cancel the reservation, I was informed that it was no refundable. Under the circumstances, it ought to have been refunded. Terrible customer service of "too bad, so sad"

I booked through Hotelwiz after reading the reviews and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a scam. When I arrived at the hotel I gave them my confirmation number and was promptly given my room key and asked to give a C/C for extra's. I checked out and everything went smoothly as well.

I booked through this site and when I got to the hotel I was told the credit card used to book the hotel had been declined. I had to pay for the hotel room agian. When i went and checked my bank account I had a charge from this company on my account and the hotel. I called the customer service number for this company and they told me that the charge was actually just a hold on my account and would be cleared by the bank within a few days. The charge by this company was processed and never was cleared from my account. This site is more or less a scam masquerading as a travel agency that gets you double charged for a booking through them.

My experience was great although I must say i was a bit surprised that all the double rooms were bunk beds only!

Wouldn't allow me to change the date to the day before because I accidentally scheduled the same day! Wouldn't allow me to change the name! "This is non refundable" I don't want a refund, I want it for the right date! Had to stay an extra to get my moneys worth for 200 a night!

You robbed me my booking was not confirmed with the hotel you are not subscribed so I had to pay the hotel again.
I kept sending emails but my challenge was not attended to.

My room at the Super 8 in Louisville KY had a dirty bathroom with holes in the shower stall. Water continually shot out of handle and wall behind toilet was moldy. Window curtains had stains, floor beside bed was sticking up, wall had dark streaks, lamp shades had holed and linens were stained.
To say this is a sleazy hotel is being gracious. It was the worst experience as I felt dirty in the room.
