1st experience using a service, Hotelwiz, to to book hotel stay. This was part of a gift for a special couple. It was very easy at a good price. I did call the hotel to confirm they had the booking. I am very pleased with Hotelwiz, they confirmed I had received the confirmation. I will use this device myself for all our travels. Thank you Hotelwiz for taking all the headache away!

Spectacular I would use again. Hotels are hard to find at a good price let alone great price. This sight has great prices.
I stayed there one night after a very late airport arrival. My room was cold (but I could turn the heat on, no problem), the blanket was thin (I asked for and received a second crumpled up blanket), the floor was sticky, the curtains were grungy and not wide enough so light came through on either side, wallpaper was peeling a bit, no mirror light in bathroom, dirty food smears on bedside table. Worst of all, at 4am, the bathroom ceiling (over the tub) began leaking noisily.
Booking process OK. Found the Hotel - Bright Angel Lodge / Grand Canyon - and a free room "only" in Google. So i started the booking process on the Website ofHotelwiz.
One of the best deal I found last minutes and it was great hotel. Thank you.
Folks were super nice, but had to walk down long smoke-filled hallway to my nonsmoking room.
We had a great room with a good experience. The room was a Queen suite, the bathroom could have been better updated but overall it was good for the price.
