Got charged twice, I emailed and got email back. The called few days later, now I have to prove I got charged twice, no big deal, just sent bank statements. But why is it cheaper for me to not go through 3rd party and just go straight to the hotel?
On the website said had hot tub in the pool area but it was not in operation. I booked this hotel for that purpose. I had to end up staying because I couldn't cancel because I made the reservation thru this website and if I cancelled I would still be charged which I don't think was fair to me because wasn't my fault the the advertising said hot tub but wasn't.

HOTELWIZ is a complete SCAM and FRAUDALANT company. They are trying to DOUBLE BILL me for the same upcoming stay I booked this upcoming June. After my credit card company, Capital One, detected fraud upon my initial attempt to book, both my credit card company and Hotelwiz advised me to rebook. The rebook went quite easily, as it should. The initial booking, however, which was first in the pending stage for a week, then dropped off the system, reappeared, only after the 2nd booking went through. Hotelwiz does not want to refund me one of the two charges for THE SAME STAY. Little does Hotelwiz know the matter is in dispute with Capital One, is in the hands of my personal attorney, & LITTLE DOES HOTELWIZ KNOW I WILL MAKE IT MY SOUL MISSION TO EXPOSE THEM FOR THE CHEATS, SCAMMERS, AND FRAUDS THEY ARE Heed my advice! Stay away from them. They are the biggest thieves on the face of the earth. Except this time, they $#*!ed around with the WRONG PERSON. TRUE PIECES OF $#*!. BTW...KENNETH, THE SPOKEPERSON, IS THE BIGGEST LIAR AMD THIEF OF ALL. He doesn,'t know his own calls to me were recorded, and that his very own emails will incriminate himself!
